Bubur Teochew (Hanzi: 潮州糜) adalah hidangan bubur nasi yang sering disertai dengan berbagai lauk pauk yang dihidangkan dalam piring kecil. Bubur teochew disajikan sebagai jamuan makan dengan daging, telur ikan, dan sayuran yang dimakan dengan bubur nasi biasa.
