Centre half-back who played at Brighton from <1935> to <1941> before transferring to Sydney while on AIF duty during the war. He'd been offered a spot on South Melbourne's list in the <1941> pre-season but chose to stay in the .
Hall played with Melbourne while on army leave in <1944> and <1945>, also regularly turning out with Sydney side St George from <1944> to <1947>. Returned to Brighton midway through <1947> and remained there through <1951>.
