CONVOY SC 59 Departed Sydney, C.B. on Dec. 10-1941 and arrived Liverpool on the 27th.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" gives 39 ships in this convoy.

Transcribed from several original documents received from Tony Cooper (Advance Sailing Telegram) - His source: Public Records Office, Kew. The station numbers, cargoes for the tankers and names of escorts have been extracted from documents recived from Don Kindell, based on the late Arnold Hague's database - see his listing for SC 59 at ships in all SC convoys. For info, some of the ships in this convoy also appear in the westbound Convoy ON 33 or ON 35 (see also ON 31) Crossed out ships did not sail, underlined returned, except those that are linked, which will automatically be underlined.
