The efficacy endpoint of the respondents' answers was the degree of compliance with the group consensus. The level of social intelligence did not form significant correlations with the scales of the NEO-FFI questionnaire and also with the level of intelligence according to Raven's test. The conducted study revealed a positive role of social intelligence in the structure of predictors of the students' learning performance and also negative associations of social intelligence with the level of disharmony of interpersonal relationships.

Despite the large number of publications devoted to this issue, modern psychology lacks valid met... more Despite the large number of publications devoted to this issue, modern psychology lacks valid methods for measuring social intelligence. We have developed a methodology for measuring social intelligence based on the assumption that social intelligence is reflected in the process of selecting an optimal strategy for overcoming conflict situations. A positive role of social intelligence in the structure of predictors of the professional activity of plant employees and learning activity of university students as well as negative correlations of social intelligence with the level of disharmony of interpersonal relationships was discovered. The level of social intelligence did not form significant correlations with the scales of the NEO-FFI questionnaire and also with the level of intelligence according to Raven’s test. The main purpose of our investigation was to explore the correlations between social intelligence and significant others representations. For this purpose, we have used a questionnaire that was developed by Markey, Funder and Ozer and was designed for the investigation of dyadic interpersonal relations. The list of significant others included father, mother, classmate, professor and course leader. Significant positive correlation was obtained between the accuracy of assessments of significant others in terms of friendliness and the level of social intelligence of students. In addition to observation by octants, the degree of compliance of the scores on the interpersonal behavior questionnaire was calculated separately for each element from the list of significant others. The regression equation was calculated, the predictor of which is the level of social intelligence, and the regressor is the degree of observation accuracy of the professor estimates.

Цель нашей работы-верификация модели оценки эффективности учебной деятельности студентов. Для реш... more Цель нашей работы-верификация модели оценки эффективности учебной деятельности студентов. Для решения этой задачи была использована модифицированная модель компетентности Дж. Кэмпбелла, которая включает шесть факторов: учебная компетентность, эффективность коммуникаций, степень проявляемых учебных усилий, личная дисциплинированность, помощь и содействие другим студентам и эффективность самоконтроля и самопрезентации. Помимо оценки эффективности учебной деятельности, рассчитывалась общая успеваемость каждого студента. Определение учебной эффективности студентов проводилась внутри учебных групп посредством групповой оценки личности. Кроме того, проводилось сопоставление учебной эффективности с успеваемостью. Всего в исследовании приняло участие 100 студентов (44 мужчины и 56 женщин) химико-технологического факультета и факультета психологии Башкирского государственного университета. С помощью непараметрического корреляционного анализа были обнаружены положительные значимые связи учебной эффективности с успеваемостью. В результате ортогонального факторного анализа (вращение «варимакс») была получена двухкомпонентная модель учебной деятельности студентов. Первая латентная переменная объединила такие показатели, как помощь и содействие другим студентам, эффективность самоконтроля и самопрезентации и эффективность коммуникаций. Во второй фактор вошли такие показатели учебной компетентности, как степень проявляемых учебных усилий и личной дисциплинированности. An original approach to determining social intelligence on the material of assessing various strategies of behavior in conflict situations is proposed. In our investigation a persistent notion about himself was studied with the help of consistent id... more In our investigation a persistent notion about himself was studied with the help of consistent identifications with the characters of Russian folk tales. According to the investigator's idea every character used personified to some degree half-conscious notions about the pecularities of the personality of the narrative prototypes well known to everybody since childhood. In terms of cognitive linguistics the whole complex of notions about mythological characters presents a system of concepts specific for a certain language picture of the world. The results of the pair comparison of Russian fairy tales characters were compared with the level of the students self-actualization. The significant correlations between the selfactualization indices for both men and women and the preference of Baba Yaga were discovered. The number of gender inversions (choices of characters from the other gender, i.e. choices of female characters in male subjects) has been suggested to be an important measure for diagnostics. An artificial neural network which describes the relationships between the number of gender inversions ant the level of the students self-actualization has been built. Thus, the study has shown the importance of the narrative psychodiagnostics of personality.

Теория целевого планирования и психология достижения согласия Аннотация. В статье приводятся свед... more Теория целевого планирования и психология достижения согласия Аннотация. В статье приводятся сведения об основных положениях концепции целевого планирования, предложенной Дж. Диллардом. Автор концепции указывает, что выбор стратегии достижения согласия зависит от двух факторов: стремления коммуникатора к эффективности и уместности планируемого воздействия в данной конкретной ситуации. В этой связи выделяется два типа целейпервичные (primary) и вторичные (secondary). Приводится классификация первичных и вторичных целей по Дилларду, описывается модель когнитивных правил (CR model), предложенная С. Уилсоном. Согласно этой модели когнитивно сложные индивиды отличаются более гибким набором эвристических правил оценок причин и последствий тех или иных ситуаций. Выдвигается предположение о том, что исследование многоцелевых аспектов межличностного общения открывает новые возможности для изучения интеллектуальной сферы человека. Ключевые слова: межличностная коммуникация, когнитивное правило, когнитивная сложность, комплаенс, ситуация, социальный интеллект, цель коммуникации.

The subject of this study is the relationship between the level of cognitive complexity and indic... more The subject of this study is the relationship between the level of cognitive complexity and indicators of students’ academic competence. We suggested the presence of positive statically significant links between the level of cognitive complexity and indicators of student learning activity. To assess cognitive complexity, the role category questionnaire (RCQ) of W. Crockett was used. As a result of nonparametric correlation analysis, a significant relationship was found between the degree of assistance to the team and the level of cognitive difficulty according to the RCQ questionnaire.

В данной работе сопоставляются психология здравого смысла Ф. Хайдера, теория корреспондирующей атрибуции Э. Джоунса и К. Дэвиса, ковариационная модель Г. Келли и обыденная концепция атрибуции Б. Малля. Описываются принципы и модели концепции, предложенной Б. Маллем. Делается вывод о том, что обыденная концепция атрибуции открывает новые перспективы в изучении познавательной деятельности личности, указывается на тесные взаимосвязи данной концепции с проблематикой социального интеллекта.

As a result of interviews with the students of the psychology department of Bashkir State univers... more As a result of interviews with the students of the psychology department of Bashkir State university the set of everyday conflict situations has been picked up and a new situational judgment test of social intelligence was worked out. The positive correlations between social intelligence and the stability and harmony of relations between university students were discovered. The main purpose of our current investigation was to explore the correlations between the social intelligence of university students and the complementarity of interpersonal relations between them and university teachers. The significant positive correlation between social intelligence and complementarity scores on the affiliation axis of the IMI-C test has been obtained. We may conclude that this fact implies that students with high social intelligence are able to self-control and affiliation in conflict situations.

We suggested the presence of positive statically significant links between the level of cognitive complexity and indicators of student learning activity. To assess cognitive complexity, the role category questionnaire (RCQ) of W. Crockett was used. As a result of nonparametric correlation analysis, a significant relationship was found between the degree of assistance to the team and the level of cognitive difficulty according to the RCQ questionnaire.

В данной работе сопоставляются психология здравого смысла Ф. Хайдера, теория корреспондирующей атрибуции Э. Джоунса и К. Дэвиса, ковариационная модель Г. Келли и обыденная концепция атрибуции Б. Малля. Описываются принципы и модели концепции, предложенной Б. Маллем. Делается вывод о том, что обыденная концепция атрибуции открывает новые перспективы в изучении познавательной деятельности личности, указывается на тесные взаимосвязи данной концепции с проблематикой социального интеллекта.

As a result of interviews with the students of the psychology department of Bashkir State univers... more As a result of interviews with the students of the psychology department of Bashkir State university the set of everyday conflict situations has been picked up and a new situational judgment test of social intelligence was worked out. The positive correlations between social intelligence and the stability and harmony of relations between university students were discovered. The main purpose of our current investigation was to explore the correlations between the social intelligence of university students and the complementarity of interpersonal relations between them and university teachers. The significant positive correlation between social intelligence and complementarity scores on the affiliation axis of the IMI-C test has been obtained. We may conclude that this fact implies that students with high social intelligence are able to self-control and affiliation in conflict situations.
