Tingkat kehadiran perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan masih kurang maksimal... more Tingkat kehadiran perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Royal Prima Medan masih kurang maksimal yang disebabkan banyak perawat yang datang terlambat namun pulang lebih awal. Dari survei awal dengan melakukan wawancara, perawat mengatakan jarak tempuh antara rumah dengan rumah sakit terlalu jauh, beban kerja yang terlalu banyak dan tidak sesuai dengan gaji yang mereka terima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pelatihan karyawan, waktu kerja karyawan dengan kinerja perawat di ruang rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Total populasi sebanyak 306 perawat yang ada di ruang rawat inap dan diambil jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 perawat dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Pengidap HIV memerlukan pengobatan dengan Antiretroviral (ARV) untuk menurunkan jumlah virus HIV di dalam tubuh agar tidak masuk ke dalam stadium AIDS, sedangkan pengidap AIDS memerlukan pengobatan ARV untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi oportunistik dengan berbagai komplikasi. Complaints of low back pain often occur in health workers, especially among nurses who work in th... more Complaints of low back pain often occur in health workers, especially among nurses who work in the Emergency Room since they have a high work intensity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between individual characteristics and workload on complaints of low back pain among nurses in the Emergency Room at the RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size of 30 respondents was obtained through purposive sampling. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square showed that there was no relationship of individual characteristics (body mass index 0,372; age 0,367; years of service 0,611) and the complaints of low back pain. On the contrary, the workload had a significant relationship on the complaints of low back pain (p-value of 0,001) among nurses at the RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan.

Permasalahan reproduksi yang dirasakan oleh seorang perempuan adalah haid yang terjadi setiap bulannya. The aim of our study is to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the Co... more The aim of our study is to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the Community Balance and Mobility Scale (CB&M-T) on older adults of Turkish population. Methods: The study included 145 older adults. Test-retest reliability, internal consistency was used for reliability. Berg Balance Scale was used to test the concurrent validity of the CB&M-T. The ceiling and floor effect were calculated for content validity. To measure the test-retest reliability, the older adults were assessed again with CB&M-T one week after the first assessment. ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) analysis was performed determine the cutoff scores and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. Results: Very high relationship was found between the 1st and 2nd evaluation total CB&M-T score. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was excellent. There were no floor and ceiling effects. High correlations were found between CB&M-T and BBS. The optimum cutoff value is calculated as 38.5 points. AUC value of 0.90 is found to be highly acceptable for individuals at fall risk. Conclusion: This study indicates that the Turkish version of the CB&M-T scale is a reliable and valid balance and mobility scale that can be used in the rehabilitation of older adults with a high functional level. According to these results, Turkish clinicians have been brought a new scale that can be used in clinics We think that older adults with high functional levels will bring a new perspective to the literature to evaluate the fall risk, balance and mobility and to plan rehabilitation programs.

The study is quantitative, using a crosssectional approach. The study population was all mothers who had children under five and based on patient visits per months as many as 385 patients at Mandala Medan Health Center in 2019. The technique of studying data by means of observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study was the Chi-Square test (95% CI). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of maternal knowledge in the implementation of the MR vaccine (Rubella Measles) in the Mandala Public Health Center in Medan with a p value of 0.000 (<α = 0.05). Complaints of low back pain often occur in health workers, especially among nurses who work in th... more Complaints of low back pain often occur in health workers, especially among nurses who work in the Emergency Room since they have a high work intensity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between individual characteristics and workload on complaints of low back pain among nurses in the Emergency Room at the RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan. The research design used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size of 30 respondents was obtained through purposive sampling. The results of statistical tests using the chi-square showed that there was no relationship of individual characteristics (body mass index 0,372; age 0,367; years of service 0,611) and the complaints of low back pain. On the contrary, the workload had a significant relationship on the complaints of low back pain (p-value of 0,001) among nurses at the RSUP H. Adam Malik Medan.

The aim of our study is to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the Co... more The aim of our study is to evaluate the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the Community Balance and Mobility Scale (CB&M-T) on older adults of Turkish population. Methods: The study included 145 older adults. Test-retest reliability, internal consistency was used for reliability. Berg Balance Scale was used to test the concurrent validity of the CB&M-T. The ceiling and floor effect were calculated for content validity. To measure the test-retest reliability, the older adults were assessed again with CB&M-T one week after the first assessment. ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) analysis was performed determine the cutoff scores and the area under the curve (AUC) was calculated. Results: Very high relationship was found between the 1st and 2nd evaluation total CB&M-T score. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was excellent. There were no floor and ceiling effects. High correlations were found between CB&M-T and BBS. The optimum cutoff value is calculated as 38.5 points. AUC value of 0.90 is found to be highly acceptable for individuals at fall risk. Conclusion: This study indicates that the Turkish version of the CB&M-T scale is a reliable and valid balance and mobility scale that can be used in the rehabilitation of older adults with a high functional level. According to these results, Turkish clinicians have been brought a new scale that can be used in clinics We think that older adults with high functional levels will bring a new perspective to the literature to evaluate the fall risk, balance and mobility and to plan rehabilitation programs.
