The purpose of this research is to know the description of corporate value and the influence of l... more The purpose of this research is to know the description of corporate value and the influence of liquidity and profitability to firm value with dividend policy as intervening variable of pharmaceutical sub sector manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 until 2017. Liquidity in this research is measured by using current ratio (CR), profitability is measured by return on equity (ROE), dividend payout ratio (DPR), and firm value measured by price to book value (PBV). This research uses secondary data obtained from pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis method uses Quantitative Descriptive Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Path Analysis. Data is processed using SPSS data analysis package software version 24.0. The overall conclusion is liquidity and profitability simultaneously or partially have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, while liquidity, profitability, and dividend policy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect to firm value. But partially liquidity and profitability have a negative and significant effect to firm value, while dividend policy has a positive and significant effect to firm value. And, dividend policy is able to mediate the influence of liquidity and profitability to the value of pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Arrest of the proper techniques of some fish species will provide optimal benefits. The objective of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility of tuna fishing of PT Serena Marine in area of North Sulawesi Sea. Through certain assumptions and calculations of financial feasibility with present value concept (NPV, BCR and IRR) and profitability ratios such as ROA, ROI and ROE, also break-even point, and payback period. The result showed that, this business activity will be feasible and profitable. The results show that based on those profitability indicators were above 1%, NPV calculated is positive, BCR is 1.62 or > 1 while IRR is 46 % and greater than discounted interest rate using in this financial analysis, Payback period will be achieved on the year 25thmonths or after 2 years of operations. Abstract—This research aims to determine the effect of the inflation rate, exchange rate and gros... more Abstract—This research aims to determine the effect of the inflation rate, exchange rate and gross domestic product to the foreign direct investment in the ASEAN countries in periods of 2007-2016. The object of this research is the foreign direct investment in 11 countries of ASEAN region such as; Brunei Darussalam, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam. The data used are secondary data with analysis by a panel data regression model using with an estimated model of random effect which were processed by Eviews tools version 10. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the inflation rate, exchange rate, and gross domestic product have a very significant effect to the foreign direct investment. Partially, the inflation rate has a significant negative effect on foreign direct investment, while the exchange rate has a significant positive effect on foreign direct investment. The further analysis showed that the gross domestic product has no significant effect on foreign direct investment.

This research aims to analyze application of organizational justice on hospitality service sector... more This research aims to analyze application of organizational justice on hospitality service sector business and its effects on organizational effectiveness and performance. This research was conducted at star hotels in Badung Regency, Bali Province Indonesia with 141 units as the research population. The samples were determined by purposive with sample collection error level of 10%, so, it selected 60 hotel units as the research samples. Respondents in this research are line managers or supervisors. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Path Modeling (SEM PLS) Model and processed using SmartPLS Version 3.2.6 Package. Results of the research found out that all of studied variables have strong effects, organizational justice affects positively and significantly on organizational effectiveness, also on organizational performance. Meanwhile, organizational effectiveness was found out to have positive and significant effects on organizational performance. In mediation test, it is found out that organizational effectiveness mediates the organizational justice effects on organizational performance.

The purpose of this study was to compare the Third Party Fund, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Perfor... more The purpose of this study was to compare the Third Party Fund, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Financing and Return On Assets. Furthermore, it was also aimed to find out the influence of Third Party Fund, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Financing, and Return On Assets to the total financing. The method used in this research is secondary data collection. Data were analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 22. The results of the research indicate that the development of Third Party Funds of the comparison in the period of 2011-2015, showed that all financial performance indicators-used in this research-were fluctuated significantly, with the trend of both negative and positive. Simultaneously, the statistical tests showed that Third Party Fund, Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Financing and Return On Assets have a very significant influence to the total financing while the partial statistical tests indicate that the Third Party Funds and Non Performing Financing influence the total financing provided by Bank Syariah in Indonesia. Capital Adequacy Ratio and Return On Assets did not give effect to the total financing provided by Bank Syariah in Indonesia because the data on these variables are not irregular and fluctuates over time.

Principally, study about economic rent on forest products will be related to some problems regarding ; a). pricing, b). cost of production forest and management, c). uncertainty risk factor and entrepreneurship. In fact, this study conferred about sustainable forest management, justice on benefit and cost distribution,and economic rent of its forest utilization.The results of economic rent calculations had variation, depend on who does the calculations and for what importance. The analysis could be done for one year or one periods. Other variations in economic rent calcultation, generally based on economic and financial importance, ecological-conservation, included private versus public interest.
It is necessary to have wisdom and honesty in order to decidewhich calculation methods, profitable to all, especially, both to the state and its people including to the sustainability of its forest resources.

Abstrak Ikan sebagai salah satu sumberdaya alam memiliki potensi yang sangat tinggi sebagai sumbe... more Abstrak Ikan sebagai salah satu sumberdaya alam memiliki potensi yang sangat tinggi sebagai sumber devisa negara dan pendapatan masyarakat. Teknik penangkapan yang tepat dari beberapa jenis ikan akan memberikan keuntungan yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kelayakan finansial dari teknik penangkapan semi modern ikan tuna oleh PT. Serena Marine di perairan Sulawesi Utara. Metode analisis menggunakan asumsi-asumsi dan perhitungan kelayakan finansial dengan menggunakan beberapa indikator seperti Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) termasuk rasio profitabilitas antara lain Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Investment (ROI) dan Return on Equity (ROE), termasuk break-even point (BEP) dan payback period (PBP). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa aktivitas bisnis perusahaan ini akan layak secara finansial atau menguntungkan. Hasil kalkulasi menunjukan bahwa nilai NPV adalah positif, BCR = 1,62 atau di atas 1 dan IRR adalah 46% atau lebih besar dari tingkat suku bunga yang digunakan dalam analisis ini. Sejalan dengan itu, semua nilai indikator profitabilitas adalah di atas 1% atau menguntungkan. Selanjutnya, PBP akan tercapai pada bulan ke 25 atau sesudah 2 tahun dan 1 bulan beroperasi. BEP dalam volume penangkapan adalah 225.380 ton dan dalam nilai Rp2.809.367.816. Disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas penangkapan ikan tuna oleh PT. Serena Marine adalah layak secara finansial. Furthermore, went to know also the influence ROA (Return On Asset), ROE (Return On Equity) and DER (Debt Equity Ratio) to stock price. The method used in this research includes quantitative descriptive analysis and the research used in test multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test. These results indicate that the development of ROA (Return On Asset) of the comparison in the period of 2011-2015. Showed that the company with the highest growth data is PT. Central Proteina Prima are (8,61%), and companies with low developments is PT. Inti Agri Resources are (0,68%). Furthermore, the development of ROE (Return On Equity) of the company which has the highest growth data is PT. Central Proteina Prima are (3,46%) %) and companies with low developments is PT. Inti Agri Resources are (-3,70%). Furthermore, the development is DER (Debt Eequity Ratio) of the company which has the highest growth data is PT. Inti Agri Resources are (58,49%) which means that the company describes the symptom of good less and companies with low or negative developments is PT. Central Proteina Prima sebesar (-21,27%) which means that company have a good development. Results of research get that multiple linear regression analysis form is Ŷ = 1330,881 -0,497X1 -0,566X2 -0,574X3. Results of statistical simultaneously test showed that ROA (Return On Asset), ROE (Return On Equity) and DER (Debt Equity Ratio) have a significant influence positive to the stock price. While the partial statistical test indicate that the ROA (Return On Asset) and ROE (Return On Equity) is significant influence positive to the stock price. Furthermore, DER (Debt Equity Ratio) did not significant influence positive to the stock price.

The main principle of production forest management is to apply the maximum and sustainable yield ... more The main principle of production forest management is to apply the maximum and sustainable yield concept. Many problem was happened since the forest exploitation on a large scale took place during New Regime of Indonesia Government. At the moment, this activity was for the devise and it placed forest products as devise resources after natural gas and petrol. This problems started from areas where the forest borderlines were overlapping with other land use. At the same time, timber production and industries were run very unefficiently. Shifting cultivation and illegal logging became two other factors for forest destruction. Reforestation and industrial forest plantation in one side were not significantly success. As a result, ecolabeling stamp must be given to forest products from Indonesia for export destination. In other side, with regard to the forest land-use, there are still controversy between common property principle adopted by local people versus conservation efforts, included other institutional problems in forest management. Today, again, forest still the principle resource for the development of regional autonomy concept, and this will be another way to the destruction of forest resources. Efforts are needed to push the implementation of five priority programs of the Ministry of Forest in order to achieve the maximum and sustained yield principle in production forest management.

Inhutani I in East Kalimantan run an implementation of a sustainable forest management model based on the experiences in developed and other tropical countries. This project was under the cooperation between Indonesian Forestry Department and European Union. This management model is aiming at the development of a business based on the sustainable harvesting of forest products from one forest site (KPHP). Expected impacts should be the growth of local people welfare, regional economic development, absorption of manpower and the growth of regional income. This project started with a rough study about the dependency of the local people to the forest products for their income and also the marketing mechanism of those forest products both locally and trans regional. All of the forestry activities in this site will include the participation of local people as responsible for certain activities. After 5 years of the concept implementation, it seems that the results and impacts are still under expectation. Keywords; forest management model, local people participation, KPHP (Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan Produksi), marketing of wood and non timber forest products.

Pelibatan masyarakat dalam perlindungan hutan, konservasi lingkungan, maupun produksi kayu dan HHBK telah lama dicoba dilaksanakan dalam berbagai pendekatan perhutanan sosial namun belum memberikan hasil yang sesuai harapan. Tarik menarik kepentingan antara pusat dan daerah maupun antara pengusaha dan kurangnya kepercayaan terhadap pelibatan masyarakat pada peran yang tepat masih merupakan kendala yang belum teratasi. Sejalan dengan itu masalah kebakaran hutan dan lemahnya penegakan hukum serta RTRWP yang masih terkendala berbagai faktor semakin menambah parahnya kerusakan hutan di Indonesia. Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan (KPH) sebagai model atau sistem pengelolaan hutan yang lestari dan berkeadilan telah mulai dilaksanakan sejak beberapa tahun yang lalu dengan berbagai variasi penerapan pada hutan lindung dan produksi bahkan pada konsep HKm dan HD masih mengalami berbagai kendala terutama dalam hal penyiapan masyarakat untuk dilibatkan sebagai bagian dari

dan bukan hanya sebagai tenaga kerja. Model pengembangan KPH dengan pelibatan masyarakat yang aktif dan bertanggung jawab secara proporsional sebaiknya dalam suatu konsep berupa unit bisnis strategis (SBU) dengan tekanan terutama pada hasil hutan non kayu dan jasa lingkungan.

GPIB Jemaat "Immanuel" Depok selaku jemaat misioner bergumul dan berjuang bagi gereja dan masyarakat pada alur hermeneutik, teks, dan konteks masa lalu, kini serta masa depan di mana gelombang globalisasi perlu dipandu oleh kemasan reformasi dan demokratisasi bangsa, di mana pola pikir jangka panjang diperlukan guna menuntun gereja agar selalu sadar bahwa Tuhan sedang berkarya secara penuh. Pada tahap ini, gereja perlu mengembangkan teologi kontekstual dan theologiiae religionum. Buku ini menjadi salah satu bentuk sumbangan konkret GPIB Jemaat "Immanuel" Depok bagi gereja dan masyarakat dalam momen ulang tahun yang ke -300.
