Education in the digital era prioritizes students' ability to capture information. The purpose of... more Education in the digital era prioritizes students' ability to capture information. The purpose of this research is to produce a validated product in the form of Articulate Storyline interactive learning media and to increase effectiveness in learning. The research development procedure was carried out using the ADDIE model development. The results of the validation of content experts in the field of study reached a percentage of 88% with very good qualifications, expert validation of learning media reached a percentage of 87% with very good qualifications, and language validation reached 88% with very good qualifications. In the small group trial, there was an increase in the average pre-test score from 50.00 to 81.11 and the field trial an increase in the average pre-test score from 45.81 to 81.44. The effectiveness measured by the relative effectiveness formula reached 62.2% with high effectiveness.

The aim of this research is to explain the process of establishing the Indonesian Su... more The aim of this research is to explain the process of establishing the Indonesian Supreme Trust Council organization in Banyuwangi and the impact of the founding of this organization. The method used is historical methodology which includes five stages, namely topic selection, heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The Supreme Council of Indonesian Beliefs or commonly known as MLKI is an organization that aims to be a forum and a bridge between communities of believers in Indonesia. In general, MLKI Banyuwangi is an organization that organizes communities of believers in Banyuwangi. MLKI Banyuwangi was founded on November 20 2020 and was inaugurated by Mr. Otto Iskandar as Presidium of MLKI East Java Province. The foundation of MLKI was motivated by social conditions and regional contours. Differences in beliefs or religions as well as ethnic and cultural diversity were one of the triggers for the founding of MLKI Banyuwangi. The impact of MLKI Banyuwangi during 2020-2022 includes several points, including; assisting people who adhere to their beliefs in changing the status of religion in their population identity, providing protection for people who adhere to their beliefs in Banyuwangi, assisting the government in organizing religious events, especially traditional activities

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the procession of the Karangmelok Rokat D... more The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the procession of the Karangmelok Rokat Desa tradition and identify the symbolic meaning of the Karangmelok Rokat Desa tradition. This research uses qualitative research methods. The results of this study show that the procession of the Karangmelok Rokat Desa tradition begins with taking a lump of land from the four cardinal directions that border Karangmelok village then residents prepare sasanding to be taken with the land that has been taken to the Karangmelok Village Hall. Then the next event is praying in the village hall led by traditional or religious leaders and placing the land in a barn in the village hall. After laying the soil, the prepared sasanding is also placed in four springs. In the evening, the recitation of macapat songs begins after isya' and ends at midnight. The next day, the community is then led to the village hall and continued with the cockfighting and the release of songbirds. The meaning of the Karangmelok Rokat Desa tradition can be seen from two sides. This ritual has a religious and philosophical point of view as a thanksgiving to God Almighty. While the social meaning of the Karangmelok Rokat Desa tradition is as a community party and an adhesive for the harmony of Karangmelok villagers.

This research aims to analyze and describe how the procession and symbolic meaning and the import... more This research aims to analyze and describe how the procession and symbolic meaning and the importance of the value of the tradition of picking manten sugar cane which has the potential for historical learning resources for students in high schools in Jember Regency. The method used descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection was carried out by observation at PG Semboro and high schools in Jember district.Interviews with informants involved in the tradition of picking manten sugar cane and stakeholders. The author also collected documents from PG Semboro and the results of previous research. Then the results were analyzed by data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the tradition of petik tebu manten has an important meaning for the Semboro community. This tradition is a symbol of harmony between the community and the Semboro sugar factory. In addition, the tradition also has local wisdom values such as religious, social and personality. It is evident that each step of the tradition implementation process has philosophical and symbolic meanings. This value is so important to internalize to students in the process of learning history. So that it can make a variety of variations by teachers for learning resources, especially for high school students.

The research method in this study uses literature by searching for literature that fits the context of the study. The results show that digital intelligence is not simply about mastering technological tools, but includes informatics skills, media knowledge, ethics and online social competence. The results highlight the importance of a holistic approach to education that refers to the creative, critical and responsible use of technology. This includes flexible and integrated curriculum implementation, effective teacher training and fostering a school climate that supports digital learning.

This descriptive qualitative research describes the findings in the field of innovation carried o... more This descriptive qualitative research describes the findings in the field of innovation carried out by the souvenir home industry in Jember Regency, which includes product innovation, service/marketing innovation, and process innovation. This research was conducted in May 2022, with the target subjects being the owners of the local snacks industry. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation techniques to obtain data on development of the number of local snacks industries, turnover, and regulations related to food/processing companies. The results indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic has threatened business continuity in the three local snacks industries due to decreased revenue and product sales and delays in product marketing and distribution. This indicates that product innovation can lead to easier production; product innovation is also important for effective marketing and, consequently, the company's financial performance. Therefore, business innovation needs to be done in the context of business development, especially local snacks products, so that they can compete with other local snacks household industries.

The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) The Soviet Union's Efforts to Steal Indonesian Maritime Data, (2) The Process of the Soviet Union's Intelligence Arrests for Espionage in Indonesia, and (3) the Settlement of the Soviet Union's Espionage Case in Indonesia in 1982. The method used is historical methodology which includes five selection steps including topics, heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The Soviet Union's espionage arrest occurred in 1982 which was carried out by a task force codenamed Pantai, a joint effort between the State Intelligence Coordinating Agency (BAKIN) and a task force led by Brigadier General M.I Sutaryo. The cause of the Soviet Union's espionage arrest was an attempt to steal Indonesia's secret deep data regarding the condition, content and depth of the sea in the Lombok Strait and the Natuna Islands. The perpetrators of Soviet espionage who were caught by the Beach task force named Sergei Egorov and Alexander Finenko. The case settlement process was carried out by giving persona non-grata status and closing the Soviet Union's Aeroflot airline operating in Indonesia.

Bangsa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang berdiri diatas keberagaman suku, agama, ras, etnis, bahasa, a... more Bangsa Indonesia adalah bangsa yang berdiri diatas keberagaman suku, agama, ras, etnis, bahasa, adat istiadat, tradisi, serta budaya yang disatukan dalam konsep persatuan Indonesia. Salah satu dari keberagaman tersebut adalah heterogenitas tradisi lokal yang tinggi. Setiap lokalitas tertentu memiliki perbedaan nilai-nilai kearifal lokal sesuai dengan tradisinya masing-masing. Nilainilai tradisi lokal tersebut terus tumbuh dan berkembang ke generasi selanjutnya dengan asumsi bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai kearifan, ajaran moral dan religius yang harus tetap diyakini, dijaga, dan dilestarikannya. Salah satu bentuk nilai kearifan lokal yang tercermin dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat adalah gotong royong. Gotong royong merupakan salah satu nilai luhur tradisi asli bangsa Indonesia. Menurut Sukarno, dalam pidato monumentalnya pada tanggal 1 Juni 1945 tentang dasar negara juga menyebut "Gotong Royong" atau "Eka Sila". Menurut Sukarno gotong royong adalah faham yang dinamis, lebih dinamis dari kekeluargaan. Kekeluargaan adalah satu faham yang statis, tetapi gotong royong menggambarkan satu usaha, satu amal, satu pekerjaan atau yang disebut satu karyo, satu gawe. Having the unique architecture of buildings and religious facilities and the beauty of the natural panorama makes Puhsarang Church famous by tourists. The research objectives are: 1) knowing the background of the Puhsarang Church designated as a religious tourism object in 1999; 2) knowing the management of Puhsarang Church as a religious tourism object in 1995-2015. Research using historical methods include: Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, Historiography. The result of the research is that the construction of the Puhsarang Church was planned by Henricus Maclaine Pont and was built on the initiative of Pastor Wolters in 1936. Puhsarang Church underwent renovation in 1999, the expansion of the Puhsarang Church area and a new building was built. After being inaugurated the Puhsarang Church area was used as a religious tourism object. The management of the Puhsarang Church is under "Yayasan Badan Pengelola Ziarah Gereja Puhsarang". Suggestions for this research are: For other researchers, it can be used as a contribution of thoughts and references, for the government must participate in preserving historical heritage in their area.

Initially, the cooperative business unit involved was coffee agribusiness with 64 permanent members and 12 extraordinary members. The cooperative business unit expanded into coffee industrial agriculture, chicken and goat farm, dragon fruit cultivation, and organic fertilizer production. The number of permanent members has also increased to 182 people and extraordinary members to 300 people. This cooperative had problems including planning work programs, organizing resources, division of work, implementing work programs, monitoring and evaluating them. The offered solution to solving managerial problems of the cooperative was a mentoring program on how to plan a work program; how to organize resources, division of work, strategies for implementing work programs and monitoringevaluation up to the reporting.

The results of this study are (1) the background of the formation of the Madurese Community of GKJW Sumberpakem congregation which began with the migration of Madurese to Sumberpakem in the 19th century. Christianity was entered into Sumberpakem by the Zending envoy Java Committee as evidenced by the baptism of the first Madurese in Sumberpakem in 1882. This research aims to analyze and describe how the procession and symbolic meaning and the import... more This research aims to analyze and describe how the procession and symbolic meaning and the importance of the value of the tradition of picking manten sugar cane which has the potential for historical learning resources for students in high schools in Jember Regency. The method used descriptive qualitative analysis. Data collection was carried out by observation at PG Semboro and high schools in Jember district.Interviews with informants involved in the tradition of picking manten sugar cane and stakeholders. The author also collected documents from PG Semboro and the results of previous research. Then the results were analyzed by data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the tradition of petik tebu manten has an important meaning for the Semboro community. This tradition is a symbol of harmony between the community and the Semboro sugar factory. In addition, the tradition also has local wisdom values such as religious, social and personality. It is evident that each step of the tradition implementation process has philosophical and symbolic meanings. This value is so important to internalize to students in the process of learning history. So that it can make a variety of variations by teachers for learning resources, especially for high school students.

The research method in this study uses literature by searching for literature that fits the context of the study. The results show that digital intelligence is not simply about mastering technological tools, but includes informatics skills, media knowledge, ethics and online social competence. The results highlight the importance of a holistic approach to education that refers to the creative, critical and responsible use of technology. This includes flexible and integrated curriculum implementation, effective teacher training and fostering a school climate that supports digital learning.

This descriptive qualitative research describes the findings in the field of innovation carried o... more This descriptive qualitative research describes the findings in the field of innovation carried out by the souvenir home industry in Jember Regency, which includes product innovation, service/marketing innovation, and process innovation. This research was conducted in May 2022, with the target subjects being the owners of the local snacks industry. This study uses interviews, observation, and documentation techniques to obtain data on development of the number of local snacks industries, turnover, and regulations related to food/processing companies. The results indicate that the COVID-19 pandemic has threatened business continuity in the three local snacks industries due to decreased revenue and product sales and delays in product marketing and distribution. This indicates that product innovation can lead to easier production; product innovation is also important for effective marketing and, consequently, the company's financial performance. Therefore, business innovation needs to be done in the context of business development, especially local snacks products, so that they can compete with other local snacks household industries.

The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) The Soviet Union's Efforts to Steal Indonesian Maritime Data, (2) The Process of the Soviet Union's Intelligence Arrests for Espionage in Indonesia, and (3) the Settlement of the Soviet Union's Espionage Case in Indonesia in 1982. The method used is historical methodology which includes five selection steps including topics, heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The Soviet Union's espionage arrest occurred in 1982 which was carried out by a task force codenamed Pantai, a joint effort between the State Intelligence Coordinating Agency (BAKIN) and a task force led by Brigadier General M.I Sutaryo. The cause of the Soviet Union's espionage arrest was an attempt to steal Indonesia's secret deep data regarding the condition, content and depth of the sea in the Lombok Strait and the Natuna Islands. The perpetrators of Soviet espionage who were caught by the Beach task force named Sergei Egorov and Alexander Finenko. The case settlement process was carried out by giving persona non-grata status and closing the Soviet Union's Aeroflot airline operating in Indonesia.

Salah satu dari keberagaman tersebut adalah heterogenitas tradisi lokal yang tinggi. Setiap lokalitas tertentu memiliki perbedaan nilai-nilai kearifal lokal sesuai dengan tradisinya masing-masing. Nilainilai tradisi lokal tersebut terus tumbuh dan berkembang ke generasi selanjutnya dengan asumsi bahwa terdapat nilai-nilai kearifan, ajaran moral dan religius yang harus tetap diyakini, dijaga, dan dilestarikannya. Salah satu bentuk nilai kearifan lokal yang tercermin dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat adalah gotong royong. Gotong royong merupakan salah satu nilai luhur tradisi asli bangsa Indonesia. Menurut Sukarno, dalam pidato monumentalnya pada tanggal 1 Juni 1945 tentang dasar negara juga menyebut "Gotong Royong" atau "Eka Sila". Menurut Sukarno gotong royong adalah faham yang dinamis, lebih dinamis dari kekeluargaan. The research objectives are: 1) knowing the background of the Puhsarang Church designated as a religious tourism object in 1999; 2) knowing the management of Puhsarang Church as a religious tourism object in 1995-2015. Research using historical methods include: Heuristics, Criticism, Interpretation, Historiography. The result of the research is that the construction of the Puhsarang Church was planned by Henricus Maclaine Pont and was built on the initiative of Pastor Wolters in 1936. Puhsarang Church underwent renovation in 1999, the expansion of the Puhsarang Church area and a new building was built. After being inaugurated the Puhsarang Church area was used as a religious tourism object. The management of the Puhsarang Church is under "Yayasan Badan Pengelola Ziarah Gereja Puhsarang". Suggestions for this research are: For other researchers, it can be used as a contribution of thoughts and references, for the government must participate in preserving historical heritage in their area.

Initially, the cooperative business unit involved was coffee agribusiness with 64 permanent members and 12 extraordinary members. The cooperative business unit expanded into coffee industrial agriculture, chicken and goat farm, dragon fruit cultivation, and organic fertilizer production. The number of permanent members has also increased to 182 people and extraordinary members to 300 people. This cooperative had problems including planning work programs, organizing resources, division of work, implementing work programs, monitoring and evaluating them. The offered solution to solving managerial problems of the cooperative was a mentoring program on how to plan a work program; how to organize resources, division of work, strategies for implementing work programs and monitoringevaluation up to the reporting.

This research uses Gottschalk's historical method. The results of this study are (1) the background of the formation of the Madurese Community of GKJW Sumberpakem congregation which began with the migration of Madurese to Sumberpakem in the 19th century. Christianity was entered into Sumberpakem by the Zending envoy Java Committee as evidenced by the baptism of the first Madurese in Sumberpakem in 1882. (2) The development of the Madurese Community of the Jawi Wetan Christian Church congregation in Sumberpakem in Social and Religious Life in the 1994-2021 period experienced developments characterized by the revival of old traditions and the emergence of social movements.
