Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil akad muzara’ah pada masyarakat petani penggarap dan pemilik laha di Kel. Batupapan Kec. Makale Kab. Tana Toraja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dimana tekhnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan informan. This research is motivated by the existence of cooperation in the management of oil palm plantations carried out by oil palm farmers in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, namely in the form of garden owners giving their planted gardens to plantation workers to be cared for on the basis of trust without direct supervision with money giving fertilizer money in cash. according to the agreement. The main problem in this study is how the cooperation agreement in the management of oil palm plantations in Pasir Utama Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency is reviewed and how is the review of the Sharia Economic Law Compilation regarding the cooperation agreement in the management of oil palm plantations in Pasir Utama Village, Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. This study uses the field research method (field research) and sourced primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the cooperation agreement in the management of oil palm plantations was insecure and did not show an element of honesty where the manager did not buy fertilizer money and did not harvest oil palm fruit not only taking the ripe fruit but also taking the unripe oil palm fruit so that the owner of the oil palm feel aggrieved by the manager. Cooperation agreements in the management of oil palm plantations in the community sometimes do not heed the applicable sharia law, so that they can harm one another. This happens because of ignorance of the community in the cooperation agreement.

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme bagi hasil penggarap kebun karet dengan pemilik kebun di Desa Aek Sundur Kecamatan Dolok Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) ialah penelitian secara langsung dan berinteraksi terhadap obyek penelitian. Dalam menganalisis penulis memakai deskriptif kualitatif yakni tata cara penelitian yang menjelaskan realitas yang diperoleh dari lapangan. In the village of Kaponan, Mlarak, Ponorogo, not all people who farm have their own agricultural land There are several farmers who do not have their own land, collaborating with parties who have a lot of land to carry out agricultural activities. Some of the community members manage the land belonging to the KPH Madiun (Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan). At first the collaboration took place verbally, but along with the times, agreements were made in writing to facilitate arrangements. So that the amendment to this agreement raises several opinions, there are parties who think that verbally agreements are more suitable to be applied and there are also parties who think that written agreements are more suitable. Based on the description above, the researcher used two problem formulations in this study. (1) How is the application of Islamic agreement principles in the eucalyptus land cultivation cooperation contract between Perum Perhutani KPH Madiun and LMPSDH Sido Luhur Kaponan, Mlarak, Ponorogo according to Fiqh Muzara'ah. (2) How is the clause of the cooperation contract for the cultivation of eucalyptus land between Perum Perhutani KPH Madiun and LMPSDH Sido Luhur Kaponan, Mlarak, Ponorogo Regency according to Fiqh Muzara'ah. According to the type, this research includes field research using qualitative methods. While the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is the inductive method, which is a method that emphasizes previous observations, then draws conclusions based on these observations. From the results of this study it can be concluded that what is more appropriate in the application of the principles of Islamic agreement is when this agreement is made verbally. Because all parties have implemented all the principles of Islamic agreement, there are only two principles of Islamic agreement that have not been implemented. While the level of validity in the application of fiqh Muzara'ah refers to an agreement that occurs in writing, because the pillars and requirements of Muzara'ah have been fulfilled in their entirety.

Productive land use is crucial to the productivity of agricultural commodities, especially food crops as a source of carbohydrates to ensure food security. This study aims to analyze changes in land tenure on farm crops dry dilahan Garut regency, West Java province. This study uses data PATANAS (National Farmers Panel Data) in 2008 and 2011, as well as use the data results of Census of Agriculture, West Java (ST 2003 and 2013).
