Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu is a tourist destination in Bali. The temple is located in Sebatu Village, Tegallalang, Gianyar Regency. However, unlike most tourist destinations in general, Gunung Kawi Temple is infrequently visited by both foreign and domestic tourists, especially when compared with similar destinations, such as Pura Tirta Empul Tampaksiring. The tourism sector in Indonesia is up-and-coming and is still in the process of development and development. Santolo Beach has coral reefs and coastal land that can be used for tourism. Many strategies can be used to develop Santolo Beach. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The research was conducted at Santolo Beach, Pamalayan Village, Cikelet District, Garut Regency, in August 2021. The data used in this research is primary. Primary data was conducted by interview using purposive sampling technique and questionnaire using an accidental sampling technique Data analysis was carried out using SWOT and QSPM analysis. This study aims to analyze the potential development of a tourist attraction in Tourism Destinations of Ikan Sakti Sungai Janiah Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam. This study used qualitative and SWOT analysis. The data source is Head of Tourism, Youth and Sports, the Chief Manager of Tourism Destinations, Community Leaders, and tourists. The techniques of data collection were through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed qualitatively including reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Implementation of Tourism Development Policies in Garut District, West Java Province, Indonesia

The Government of Garut District launched the priority of 10 tourist destinations' development program to be more comfortable and secure based on the visits rate assessment results and a promising tourism potential to many visitors. This report aims to determine the implementation of tourism development policies in Garut District, which were reviewed with the criteria approach, namely attraction, accessibility, and amenities. This reporting approaches describe the implementation of tourism development policies in the Garut District. The results show the implementation of tourism development policies in Garut District has been going well even though several problems still exist. Some of the problems identified include accessibility that is still not very supportive, such as the road to the location of tourism being relatively small. Facilities and infrastructure in tourism objects have not been appropriately managed due to budget constraints, as well as the low awareness of the public about the culture of tourism awareness and the tourism benefits.

Tourism sector has played an important role in economic development in Kretek district of Bantul regency. Tourism is main life style of Kretek People. Result of current research indicated that Kretek district has many superior destinations that have not been worked maximally. Its tourism product was stagnant and tourism attraction decreased. The condition requires government intervention as one of stakeholders particularly in determining policy and capital. Product diversification and revitalization should be done in the industry to improve quality and quantity of tourism product. The product is offered by Kretek destination as potential one. It is marketed by brand strengthening, promotion and partnership with other parties.
The purpose of this study was to determine the potential of tourism in terms of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Ancillary Service and to formulate alternative tourism development strategies in Gunung Salak Tourism Village. This research uses descriptive methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches and uses primary and secondary data. Such as collecting data through literature study methods, observation, questionnaires, interviews, Focus Group Discussion, and documentation. The sample in this study is 25 people who were determined by purposive sampling consisting of elements of government / institutional village offices, traditional villages of Gunung Salak, local communities and tourists. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and strategy analysis through SWOT analysis with IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) models. The results showed that the IFAS value was 3.23 while the EFAS value of 3.04 placed a general strategy for the development of Gunung Salak Tourism Village, which is located in cell I, which has the characteristics of growth and build (grow and build). Based on the characteristics of these strategies, alternative strategies to support tourism development in Gunung Salak Tourism Village are: development of diversification of tourism products, development of tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure, institutional formation and management of tourism village management through Bumdes supported by professional human resources in the tourism sector and increased community participation, as well as increasing the synergy of cross-sectoral cooperation (government, community, tourism business actors) in developing tourism products, marketing and promoting tourism in Gunung Salak Tourism Village.

This study aimed to provide inputs for local government of Toba Samosir (Tobasa) in preparing strategic development plan of tourist destinations in District Tobasa. This study is a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and feedback from forum discussion groups with participants representing community leaders, indigenous peoples, governments and travel business. Total participants are 15 people collected on June 1, 2012 at Balige government office. Discussion forums formulated nine locations of tourist destination spread in Toba Samosir. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of performance of GenPI of Bulukumba on tourism promotion. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, tries to describe the existing problems based on data from observations, interview and documentation. This purpose of this paper is to elaborate the understanding of destination development of rural tourism in Wanayasa, Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. It has a rich potential for the rural tourism prosperity. Then author incorporates destination development through Butler‘s Area Life Cycle. Research was conducted in August 2015 with qualitative approaches i.e. interview and focus group discussion to 120 respondents which comprises representation from several different group. This paper aims to analyse the impact of national and regional tourism policy implementation in the development of Nambo Beach tourist destination as one of the Regional Tourism Strategic Area (RTSA) in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. Three baselines of government policy are discussed in this paper, namely 2009, 2011 and 2016 baseline due to the government regulation issued in these specific years. Government policy is required regarding improvement of amenity and accessibility of a tourist destination.
