Background – Currently, company leaders, besides being tasked with assessing the performance of their employees, also need transformational abilities because transformational management has been proven to increase productivity in the workplace. Aim – The aims of this study were to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational culture and motivation. Design / methodology / approach – The research method refers to a positivism approach with quantitative methods, using 77 participants as a sample for filling out the questionnaire, while Path Analysis is used to analyze the data that has been collected. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada Koperasi Berkah Makmur. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner, data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka. This research aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership and motivation on employees' performance of Indonesian National Narcotics Agency, Surabaya While, the research was quantitative with causal-comparative as its approach. Moreover, the data were primary with questionnaires as its instrument. Meanwhile, the questionnaires were distributed directly to respondents. In line with, there were 50 respondents of employees who taken as sample. Moreover, the data collection technique used probability sampling. At this point, there was equal opportunity or chance for every elements or members of population to be chosen as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used PLS (Partial Least Square). The research result, from t-test, concluded transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on employees' performance. Likewise, transformational leadership had positive and significant effect on employees' performance through motivation. Similarly, motivation had positive and significant effect on employees' performance. This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Transformationalleadership style, motivation and compensation on performance of employees at PT.Hanken Indonesia Cibitung. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. The object of this research is all staff office division who worked in PT. Hanken Indonesia Cibitung with a population 125 people. Sampling technique using non-probability sampling with total samples is 95 people. The approach used in this research is a Structural Equation Models (SEM) with Smart analysis tools-PLS. The results showed transformational leadership style gives a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has no significant on employee performance.Compensation provides a positive and significant effect on performance employees. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing (t-test) which shows the significance value of the independent variables.

The purpose of this study was to study partial and simultaneous research of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on job performance. The sample in this study were employees at PT. Panca Mitra Multiperdana. The sampling technique used was random sampling with the number of samples taken were 128 employees. Meanwhile, to collect our data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study reveal that transformational leadership and self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on employee job performance partially. Besides, simultaneously both constructs of job performance also have a positive and significant effect.

Introduction/Main Objectives: To test whether there is an influence of transformational leadership style, career development, and organizational culture on employee performance. Background Problems: The performance of employees in the company is not achieving the targets that have been set so that it becomes and hinders the company's performance. Novelty: Re-testing the same variables by previous researchers, with different research locations. Research Methods: This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents in the marketing division taken using the non-probability sampling technique, namely the saturated sample, meaning that all populations are used as samples and data analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. Finding/Results: There is a significant influence in improving employee performance, namely by increasing the dominant organizational culture then by carrying out career development which is carried out continuously. Conclusion: Employee performance can be influenced by Transformational Leadership Style, Career Development and Organizational Culture with a value of 85.5% and 14.5% by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style (7 items) as an exogenous variable / free, work motivation (3 items) and Employee Performance (3 items) as an endogenous variable / tied to the Vocational School (SMK) Telekomunikasi Sandhy Putra Banjarbaru South Kalimantan. The study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 63 people , taken a sample of 58 people. In this study used a questionnaire to reveal the variables that influence the decision of the respondent. Instruments of each item statement was measured using a Likert scale of measurement that uses an interval scale 1-5. Point 1 to 5 are level scores for each statement. The results of the questionnaire first tested the validity and reliability. Further analysis conducted inferential statistics that aims to test the influence of transformational leadership style variable (X1), work motivation (X2) on the performance of the employee (Y) as well as to test the hypotheses that have been formulated in this study. This study used path analysis method to examine the contribution that each pathway is indicated by the coefficient of the path diagram of causal relationships between variables X1, X2 on Y. correlation and regression analysis which is the basis of the calculation of the path coefficients. In the calculations using the tools of SPSS for Windows version 21. The results showed that transformational leadership style variable to variable indirectly affect work motivation, work motivation variables directly influence employee performance variables. transformational leadership style variable to variable indirectly affect employee performance, transformational leadership style independent variable has no direct effect on employee performance through workplace motivation.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Cipta Buana Media Bekasi bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Cipta Buana Media Bekasi sebanyak 30 pegawai sebagai sample penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner (angket) untuk mendapatkan data.
