It aims to explain the history of the Philippines through Marxism-Leninism-Maoism (MLM) ideologies that emphasize Filipino social struggles brought about by American Imperialism. Feudalism and bureaucratic capitalism, as well as the formation of revolutionary movements such as the Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas (PKP), were all in response to the Second Republic of the Philippines' following unjust laws, treaties, and agreements (Puppet Republic).
