Exciting news! LaTerra brings Texas grocery icon H-E-B to our Fry’s Electronics site in Irving, Texas. LaTerra sold 12.5 acres to H-E-B and retained 7 acres including the former Fry's Store, which we’ll repurpose into 161,250 sq ft of self storage We’ll also build an additional 34,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor RV and Boat Storage. Our self storage facility will sit between Home Depot and HEB along the 635 freeway adjacent to the Cypress Waters Master Plan.
LaTerra obtains approval to build 80,000 sq ft of self storage adjacent to our existing Long Beach storage facility. There are 4,000 new housing units underway in Long Beach. LaTerra Storage is creating a portfolio of next generation 2020s vintage self-storage facilities.
