mTORC2 (mTOR complex 2) je proteinový komplex tvořený serin/threoninovou kinázou mTOR. Je necitlivý vůči účinkům a reguluje buněčnou proliferaci, migraci a remodelaci cytoskeletu. Samotný komplex se skládá ze sedmi proteinových podjednotek. Katalytickou mTOR podjednotku, (DEP domain containing mTOR-interacting protein), (mammalian lethal with sec-13 protein 8, někdy také známou pod názvem ) a komplex lze nalézt jak u mTORC2, tak u . (Rapamycin-insensitive companion of mTOR), (mammalian stress-activated protein kinase interacting protein 1) a (protein observed with rictor 1 and 2) jsou pak pouze součástí mTORC2. Vazba substrátu na mTORC2 je zprostředkována přes Rictor.
