CONVOY HX 306 Departed New York City on Aug. 31-1944 and arrived Liverpool on Sept. 17.
Arnold Hague's "The Allied Convoy System" gives 120 ships in this convoy.

Crossed out ships did not sail. A 1 form is not available to me and, therefore, I don't know the station numbers for these ships.

Additionally, the Rescue Vessel Accrington sailed with this convoy. She was on her 13th voyage as such, having started this voyage from Clyde with the westbound Convoy ON 248 on Aug. 6-1944, to Halifax Aug. 17 - returning with HX 306 from Halifax Sept. 2, to Clyde Sept. 16. ("Convoy Rescue Ships", Arnold Hague).

Commodore Rear Admiral E. W. Leir was in Waterland, Vice Commodore was R. H. Walley R.N.R. in Manchester Port. Commodore's notes are not available.
