Telescopium constellation

Telescopium (abbreviation: Tel), the Telescope, is a faint southern constellation lying south of Corona Australe and east of Ara. Its brightest star is Alpha Tel (visual magnitude 3.49, absolute magnitude -0.93, spectral type B3IV, distance 249 light-years) and it has few objects of interest for amateur astronomers.
