The coconut oil penetrates into the hair cortex and reduces the swelling of the hair fibers, a factor that can cause hair damaged. VCO also acts by filling the gap between the cuticle and prevents the penetration of aggressive substances such as surfactants into the hair follicles . All elements of coconut are useful , even the cellulosic biomass too as end product(S. Sreeremya,2018). As TTO and VCO were proven to have beneficial properties, thus incorporating these two oils in a formulation of shampoo will benefit in overcoming hair and scalp problems. Therefore, this research was designed to formulate and to study and assess the character(Balsam et al.,2008)

Researchers recall the Greeks and Romans extolled the antiquity, wisdom and the scientific knowledge of the Egyptians. Thoth or Hermes was for the Egyptians personification of the priesthood, and also signifies according to the Egyptian language an assembly of the learned men, and was considered as a unity. Thoth was the inventor of medicine as a science and an art(Satoskar R.S. et.al.,1995). Hence, the names of the individuals were lost in the priesthood and the merit that each had mainly acquired by his work was turned to profit the sacerdotal company and was mainly regarded as that of the titular genius of this company. In order that one may judge of the immensity of the knowledge gathered by the learned of ancient Egypt reference should be made to the forty-two volumes of the Hermetic collections and recorded(Satoskar R.S. et.al.,1995). The last six of these volumes were especially devoted to mainly medicine.

The climatologists determined that the El Nino occurs simultaneously with the Southern Oscillation. The Southern Oscillation is a drastic change in the air pressure over the tropical Pacific Ocean. 2/6 When the coastal waters become warmer in the eastern tropical Pacific (El Nino), the atmospheric pressure above the ocean steeply decreases. Climatologists define these linked phenomena as the El Nino-Southern Oscillation (ENSO). Monitoring El Nino and the La Nina Scientists, governments, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) collect data about El Nino availing a number of technologies such as scientific buoys. A buoy is a type of an object that floats in water and is availed in the middle of the seas as locators or as the warning points for the ships(Zhang, et al.,1997). They are generally bright (fluorescent) in colour. These buoys measure oceans and air temperatures, currents, winds, and humidity. The buoys transmit data daily to the researchers and forecasters around the world enabling the scientists to more accurately mainly predict El Nino and visualize its development and impact around the globe(Francis,1997). The Oceanic Nino Index (ONI) is availed to measure deviations from normal sea surface temperatures. The intensity of the El Nino events varies from weak temperature increases (about 4- 5° F) with only the moderate local effects on weather and the climate to very strong increases (14-18° F) associated with worldwide climatic changes(Glantz,2001).

The medical man clogs its machinery with mysterious mixtures and finally turns it over to the surgeons to complete the work of destruction. Researchers in this field believe that disease is the result of anatomical abnormalities (bones slightly displaced by mainly various accidents) which cause physiological discord and the abnormal functions. Therefore, to return to health, free the body of pain and distress, chiropractors replace the displaced parts of the nerve machine in their proper position(Upledger et al.,1983).

PRODUCTION AND UTILZATZON OF LACTATE
Lactate production is determined primarily by the pyruvate concentration and to a lesser extent by the redox state. Increased lactate production may result from the tissue hypoxia, alkalosis, catecholamines, and the alanine transamination to pyruvate. The liver is the major organ of lactate utilization, although its precise contribution has not been assessed or determined. The kidney may also consume lactate. In the majority of cases of the lactic acidosis seen clinically, a combination of overproduction and the underutilization of lactate is present(Takano et al.,1966).

Genital warts are mainly asymptomatic and can be found most commonly and predominantly at the introitus in women, under the foreskin of the uncircumcised penis, and on the shaft of the circumcised penis. Genital warts can also mainly occur at multiple sites in the anogenital epithelium or within anogenital tract (e.g., cervix, vagina, urethra, perineum, perianal skin, and scrotum). An important part of the clinical management and assessment is helping the client understand that the disease is a lifelong infection that may usually recur at any time and at any anatomic site(K.U. Broadly, this can be defined as the engineering of the organisms for the purpose of human usage. It can also be defined as the skill set required for the utilization of the living systems or the influencing of natural processes so as to produce specific products, systems or environments to help human development. Currently biotechnology places more emphasis and keen focuss on the establishment of hybrid genes followed by their transfer into the organisms in which some, or all, of the gene is not usually present. In the prehistoric times, a primitive form of biotechnology was practised by the agriculturalists who established better-quality species of plants and animals by methods of cross-pollination or cross-breeding technique(Huttner,1995). Previous forms of biotechnology include the training and the selective breeding of animals, the cultivation of crops and the utilization of the micro-organisms to produce products such as cheese, yogurt, bread, beer and wine. Early agriculture concentrated on generating food(Hough,1988).
The most primitive type of biotechnology is the cultivation of the plants and the training (in particular the domestication) of animals. The domestication of the animals stretches back over 10 000 years, when our ancestors also started maintaining plants as a much reliable source of food

In 2000, global installed the solar energy capacity comprised less than 1 GW; in 2016, it Surpassed a 227 GW. Global installed wind energy capacity has aggrandized from 17 GW in 2000 to 432 GW in 2015. The share of all renewable energy sources
(RES) in the worldwide electricity generation in 2015 stood at 23.8%, while the share of
RES except for hydropower was 7.2% . Renewable energy investment has already outpaced that of fossil-fuel power projects. Switching to the renewable energy is an inevitable but lasting and complex process that requires the participation of both the domestic and international institutions. The duration and the ramification of this process are due to long investment cycles (up to 40–60 years) and the high capital costs that mainly characterize the energy sector; the conservatism of many companies and the governments and their unwillingness to undergo far-reaching technology shifts; and also due to the broad array of entry barriers into the energy markets (e.g. fossil fuel subsidies) that are difficult to eliminate(McLean , 2009).The assessment and evaluation were categorized based on the following:

Contradicting this hypothesis is the fact that in times of the starvation, death is primarily caused by the infection, not loss of adipose tissue, and that the obese individuals may be at higher risk of succumbing to predation. Moreover, as many common genetic variants have now been specifically identified that contribute to variation in obesity and diabetes, it has become possible to test the hypothesis by analysing the obesity-, diabetes-, and metabolic-risk alleles. Research Work by Southam et al. examined the characteristics of risk alleles as either minor or the major alleles, ancestral or derived alleles, as well as the population differentiation statistics (fixation statistic (Fst)). Ultimately, they were much able to uncover little evidence in support of the “thrifty-gene” hypothesis . Additional efforts availing SNPs identified in the GWAS, the international HapMap project populations, and long and broad-range haplotypes were also unable to find the evidence of positive selection bias for SNPs associated with fat accumulation . While garnering an attractive accessible hypothesis in lay terms, little empiric evidence to support the thrifty-gene hypothesis has been developed to date(Einstein et al.,2010).

The carbon released from the burning of biofuels is continually cycled rather than being released from the ancient fixed carbon sources, as is the case for fossil petroleum and natural gas. The problem is that the cost of the production of fuels from lignocellulose and plant oils is high and this nascent industry cannot compete with the oil prices. Current progress: For the past two decades, ethanol has been synthesized primarily from cornstarch and cane sugar. Fourteen billion gallons of ethanol were synthesized in the USA from cornstarch in 2014. Approximately 40% of the current USA corn crop is availed to produce ethanol and is not likely to expand anymore, because the remainder of the crop is being availed for animal feed and human food. Ethanol is produced from cane sugar in Brazil at a level of 7.2 billion gallons in the year 2014. The renewable energy source is the major terrain to be considered (Sreeremya, 2019).
