For this purpose, the present study aims to develop representative English materials for accounting students at IAIN Surakarta. Drawing on a research and development, this study was based on procedures adapted from Latief (2014), which followed several stages (1) need analysis; (2) prototype development; (3) experts validation; (4) field test/try-out; (5) product revision; and (6) dissemination and implementation. A questionnaire, focus group discussion, and semi-structured interview were employed to gather the data on students’ needs and material feedbacks from 147 accounting students, 3 English teachers, and the head of accounting department at IAIN Surakarta. The secondary aim of this study is to portray students’ perception toward the practice of flipped learning in assisting their higher order thinking skill development. A total of 36 elementary teacher education students at IAIN Surakarta are involved as participants in this pre-experimental study. Drawing on pre-test, post-test, and focus group discussion, the results of paired sample t-test show a significant difference on the students’ score of pre-test and post-test, meaning that flipped learning with content videos is effective to enhance the students’ higher order thinking skills. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression by employing EViews 9 softwere. A descriptive qualitative study was employed by involving forty (40) English learners of a university at Surakarta as the participants. The data were gathered by means of DCT-questionnaire, Role-plays, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The obtained data were descriptively analyzed by referring to Blum-Kulka and Olshtain’s Cross-Cultural Study of Speech Act Realization Patterns (CCSARP) followed by transcribing the result of FGD. The findings illustrated that Indonesian EFL learners made use of conventionally indirect request more frequently than other strategies. However, research on the teachers’ insights and suggestions to overcome the challenges of the emergency remote teaching still remains unexplored. The present study shed some light on EFL teachers’ teaching activities, challenges, and insights of the emergency remote teaching amidst the global pandemic. The data were obtained from 27 Indonesian EFL teachers (17 female and 10 male) by means of self-written reflection and semi-structured interview. The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia affects the education system in this country. Face-to-face instructions are shifted into full online learnings from home. Despite this quite drastic change, the literature on students’ insights of this matter has still been silent. Thus, the present study elucidates 45 EFL students’ challenges, suggestions and needed materials during these online classes. Rely on qualitative data analysis from written responses and semi-structured interviews, the findings disclosed that these EFL students’ main challenges in attending online courses were the unsteady networks and the less direct interactions. Drawing on this issue, the present study is at the cutting edge of examining the role of Informal Digital Learning of English (IDLE) in affecting students’ willingness to communicate in a foreign language. A total of 156 (male=63; female=93) Indonesian EFL students participated in survey research upon invitation. The data are obtained by means of an online questionnaire consisting of three parts: (1) willingness to communicate, (2) IDLE, and (3) demographic data. The hierarchical regression analysis results reveal that Frequency of IDLE, Receptive IDLE activity, and Productive IDLE activity are the positive predictors of EFL learners’ willingness to communicate in English as a foreign language. In a foreign language teaching, designing appropriate classroom activities is a prerequisite for the success of a language learning. Therefore, this study sheds some light on 92 EFL learners’ perceptions and insights of classroom activities for teaching speaking. Drawing on the data obtained from questionnaire and focus group discussion (FGD), the findings illustrated that the students held moderately positive perceptions toward the speaking activities in their classroom. In addition, the results of FGD revealed some insights from the students with regard to the ideal classroom activities for teaching speaking. Meloni was resulted by crossing between female melon SL-3 and male melon PI 371795. This study aimed to discover superior character, determine the stability of phenotypic characters melon Meloni F 4 GH, F 4 LH and F 5 LH. In this study, quantitative phenotype characters were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that unique character of Meloni's fruit was elliptical fruit shape, cream skin fruit, the size was approximately 550-840 g (small to intermediate), the sweetness was approximately 8.6-10.6 (brix), and has fragrant aroma. The analysis showed that phenotypic character between melon Meloni F 4 GH (4th generation in the green house) and F 4 LH (4th generation in field) was stable in parameters of vertical around, thick of rind, and thick of fruit flesh, whereas between F 4 LH (4th generation in field) and F 5 LH (5th generation in field) almost all of characters was stable, except fruit thickness and sweetness level (brix). Environmental differences might affect the stability of phenotypic characters and increase variation.

The tools used in this research is Google for number of web page and Google Scholar for number of document paper repository and Ahrefs for referring page, backlink and reffering domain. The result of this study, Eprints is the most widely used tools in higher education, as many as 37 higher educations (46,25%). Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November got the highest score in number of web page in Google (2.010.000), Bogor Agricultural University Scientific Repository got the highest score for number of document paper (44.300). University of Sumatera Utara Repository got the highest score for reffering page (82588) and backlink (86421). Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Institutional Repository got the highest score for reffering domain (532).

The EFL teachers were requested to make written reflections regarding their practices in carrying out online EFL learning and the challenges they encounter. Five of them were involved in a follow-up interview individually. Semi-structured interview was administered. Data coding was done and appropriate extracts were informed in results section. Thus, the present study elucidates 45 EFL students’ challenges, suggestions and needed materials during these online classes. Drawing on this issue, the present study is at the cutting edge of examining the role of Informal Digital Learning of English (IDLE) in affecting students’ willingness to communicate in a foreign language. A total of 156 (male=63; female=93) Indonesian EFL students participated in survey research upon invitation. The data are obtained by means of an online questionnaire consisting of three parts: (1) willingness to communicate, (2) IDLE, and (3) demographic data. In a foreign language teaching, designing appropriate classroom activities is a prerequisite for the success of a language learning. Therefore, this study sheds some light on 92 EFL learners’ perceptions and insights of classroom activities for teaching speaking. Drawing on the data obtained from questionnaire and focus group discussion (FGD), the findings illustrated that the students held moderately positive perceptions toward the speaking activities in their classroom. In addition, the results of FGD revealed some insights from the students with regard to the ideal classroom activities for teaching speaking. Meloni was resulted by crossing between female melon SL-3 and male melon PI 371795. This study aimed to discover superior character, determine the stability of phenotypic characters melon Meloni F 4 GH, F 4 LH and F 5 LH. In this study, quantitative phenotype characters were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that unique character of Meloni's fruit was elliptical fruit shape, cream skin fruit, the size was approximately 550-840 g (small to intermediate), the sweetness was approximately 8.6-10.6 (brix), and has fragrant aroma. The analysis showed that phenotypic character between melon Meloni F 4 GH (4th generation in the green house) and F 4 LH (4th generation in field) was stable in parameters of vertical around, thick of rind, and thick of fruit flesh, whereas between F 4 LH (4th generation in field) and F 5 LH (5th generation in field) almost all of characters was stable, except fruit thickness and sweetness level (brix). Environmental differences might affect the stability of phenotypic characters and increase variation.

The result of this study, Eprints is the most widely used tools in higher education, as many as 37 higher educations (46,25%). Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November got the highest score in number of web page in Google (2.010.000), Bogor Agricultural University Scientific Repository got the highest score for number of document paper (44.300). University of Sumatera Utara Repository got the highest score for reffering page (82588) and backlink (86421). Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Institutional Repository got the highest score for reffering domain (532).

The EFL teachers were requested to make written reflections regarding their practices in carrying out online EFL learning and the challenges they encounter. Five of them were involved in a follow-up interview individually. Semi-structured interview was administered. Data coding was done and appropriate extracts were informed in results section.
