The present text introduces us to the fundamental feature of Doctor Antonio Cabañero Burguete bio... more The present text introduces us to the fundamental feature of Doctor Antonio Cabañero Burguete biography, that was Prior of the Insigne Collegiate of Santa Maria in Mora de Rubielos (Teruel). The Prior Cabañero had to overcome important difficulties during his stage to the front of the cabildo Collegial, especially in the War of Independence, the Bourbon Restoration and the Liberal Triennium. In short, the Prior Cabañero exemplifies a man who is formed in the Old Regime and which is an exceptional witness to the new changes that close an era and open new horizons of possibility.

This text deals on Neuroethics. Dr. Bonete suggests a three- levels- system to study it: "Practical Neuroethics", "Philosophical Neuorethics" and "Social Neuroethics" (which includes "Neuroeconomy" and "Neuromarketing". I will try to apply this to "Sport´s Ethics" in two points:
- Brain activity-investing activity and Sports. The brain´s behaviour in this type of operations.

El deporte constituye un importante fenómeno cultural en el seno de nuestras sociedades en crisis... more El deporte constituye un importante fenómeno cultural en el seno de nuestras sociedades en crisis convirtiéndose en un fenómeno de masas que persigue fines lucrativos, construyendo entorno a él un imperio empresarial de gran magnitud. En mi exposición mostraré, que algunos de los partidarios del Internalismo ético en deporte -como R. L. Simon- apuestan por defender desde sus propuestas la responsabilidad social de la empresa deportiva. Haciendo hincapié en que el fin de la empresa deportiva no puede ser el lucro, sino conseguir que el deporte trasmita valores morales. Pero a ello hay que añadir la importancia de concebir la empresa deportiva como empresa ética, donde se pase de una cultura empresarial que solo atiende a los intereses de los accionistas o de una cultura de juegos de ―suma cero‖ donde uno gana gracias a que otro pierda -y que tiene malas consecuencias a corto y largo plazo- a una cultura de la cooperación y el mutuo entendimiento donde se tenga en cuenta los intereses de todos los afectados en el deporte, con proyección universal y no grupal. Sólo a través de une economía ética que parta de una concepción de empresa deportiva como empresa ética, lograremos la comunicación de la empresa deportiva, junto a la confianza y reputación.

Many of these philosophers receive the influences of the «applied stream»: the philosophical stream of
«Applied Ethics», which are considered by Adela Cortina the main structures of civil societies.
On one hand, in my text I will try to note that A. MacIntyre is the most important author in this way.
His thought affected modern authors: Robert L. Simon, Robert Butcher, Angela Schneider and even
Warren Fraleigh, the historical «father» of Sport’s Ethics in USA.
On the other hand, I will defend that Sport’s Ethics not only belongs to a «pre-modern» context
as MacIntyre and his school proposes. In fact, apart from «virtue» and «internal values», we have to
talk about strength, obligations and, in the line of K.O.Apel, «compromise of transcendence» united to
sports’ rules, virtues and ethical compromise.

Desde una perspectiva ética veremos si su comportamiento ha sido ejemplar, si se adecua a la función pedagógica del deporte, si se vulnera su libertad individual o la legislación de un país democrático como Australia. Apostaremos por la idea de compromiso trascendental recíproco que todo deportista debe asumir cumpliendo las reglas de un deporte y haciendo que su comportamiento personal y profesional sea éticamente aceptable.

En el presente artículo se pretende una aproximación histórica a la sociología del deporte, tenie... more En el presente artículo se pretende una aproximación histórica a la sociología del deporte, teniendo en cuenta su pionera irrupción en el panorama académico. En segundo lugar se propone una aproxi-mación a la sociología del deporte elaborada por Jean Marie Brohm, representante de la perspectiva marxista. En tercer lugar se exponen los puntos centrales de la propuesta de Robert Louis Simon, repre-sentante del Internalismo ético del deporte. Finalmente, desde el In-ternalismo ético, se evidenciará una de las carencias del pensamiento de Brohm: el "reduccionismo sociológico" al que conduce su discurso. Resumen: El deporte moderno se ha convertido en un deporte espectáculo que atrae a las masas ávid... more Resumen: El deporte moderno se ha convertido en un deporte espectáculo que atrae a las masas ávidas de acontecimientos deportivos. De este modo el deporte se convierte en un rentable negocio capaz de generar cuantiosos ingresos económicos que enriquecen tanto a los deportistas de élite como a los empresarios deportivos. En este artículo se propone una ética de la empresa deportiva, como parte de la ética aplicada al deporte, que vea el lado positivo de la comercialización, descartando el negativo y que potencie la responsabilidad social de la empresa deportiva en un contexto globalizado. Palabras clave: Empresa deportiva, ética aplicada al deporte, comercialización, Alasdair MacIntyre, Adela Cortina. Abstract: The modern sport has become a spectacle sport that attracts masses eager for sporting events. In this way, the sport becomes a profitable business capable of generating large economic income that enrich elite athletes, as well as sports businessmen. In this article I propose an ethics of the sports company, as part of the ethics applied to sport, that you see the positive side a commercialization, discarding the negative and that enhances the social responsibility of the sports company in a globalized context. Eric Dunning señala que posiblemente vivamos en uno de los períodos más violentos de la historia, donde quizás las civilizaciones occidentales están viviendo un proceso «descivilizador», como se aprecia notablemente en el deporte contemporáneo. No solo lo vemos en el deporte de competición, sino también en el deporte amateur y en otras modalidades (Dunning, 1993, p. 53). Parece que el futuro violento del deporte contemporáneo esté asegurado. No son hordas que vengan a destruir el coliseo,-señala Artyeo-sino que en está ocasión está dentro del propio deporte, de la propia práctica deportiva y se desarrollará dentro de las paredes del mismo coliseo (Ayrteo, 1979, p. 377). El deporte moderno de competición-que ha devenido en deporte espectáculo de masas-, es desde el pasado siglo XX y especialmente en el recién inaugurado siglo XXI, uno de los acontecimientos más fluidos y que más atrae a los espectadores; sea para asistir a una final de fútbol, a un mundial o a la tradicional liga futbolística que en Europa y países de Iberoamérica

En sus siglos de existencia la Colegiata de Mora de Rubielos atesoró importantes objetos litúrgic... more En sus siglos de existencia la Colegiata de Mora de Rubielos atesoró importantes objetos litúrgicos en plata que lograron sobrevivir (posiblemente escondidos) a la feroz invasión napoleónica. Gracias a la buena gestión del ínclito Prior el Dr. Antonio Cabañero y Burguete, que con la ayuda del Gobernador eclesiástico, el bolonio Dr. Juan José Alfranca Castellote, se salvaguarda las rentas de la Mitra turolense, junto con las rentas de las Colegiata de Mora y de Rubielos, gravados con cupos especiales . La Colegiata de Mora existirá hasta que un Concordato entre la Santa Sede y el gobierno de España establecen el cese de la Insigne Colegiata de santa María de Mora en 1851 junto con las otras colegiatas del ámbito rural, como la vecina de Rubielos, Pese a las desapariciones de la guerra civil de 1936, actualmente se trabaja en la restauración del legado conservado.

Gracias a la buena gestión del ínclito Prior el Dr. Antonio Cabañero y Burguete, que con la ayuda del Gobernador eclesiástico, el bolonio Dr. Juan José Alfranca Castellote, se salvaguarda las rentas de la Mitra turolense, junto con las rentas de las Colegiata de Mora y de Rubielos, gravados con cupos especiales . La Colegiata de Mora existirá hasta que un Concordato entre la Santa Sede y el gobierno de España establecen el cese de la Insigne Colegiata de santa María de Mora en 1851 junto con las otras colegiatas del ámbito rural, como la vecina de Rubielos, Pese a las desapariciones de la guerra civil de 1936, actualmente se trabaja en la restauración del legado conservado.

In the present article we propose an approximation to the biographical profile of Doctor Antonio ... more In the present article we propose an approximation to the biographical profile of Doctor Antonio Cabañero y Burguete, which was from 1780 to 1822 prior of the collegiate chapter of the Insigne Collegiate Church of Santa María de Mora de Rubielos in Teruel. The priory of Cabañero covers a turbulent historical period and many changes. It includes the last breaths of the Old Regime, the War of Independence in Teruel, the Bourbon Restoration and the Liberal Triennium, what makes this enlightened clergyman an important figure in the local history of Teruel, but also in the best opportunity to approach this rich historical period where a world died to give way to another era.

In this present paper we pretend to address a very topical issue in Spain, such as the study on t... more In this present paper we pretend to address a very topical issue in Spain, such as the study on the political situation in Catalonia. To acquire a full understanding of this problem, we are going to use as starting point the essay written by Julian Marias on this matter: Consideración de Cataluña. At the same time, we will include some productions of the same author in order to complete our view, like La España real, España inteligible; razón histórica de las Españas, and España ante la historia y ante sí misma (1898–1936). All of this will serve us to argue from the perspective supported by Marias as “voice of third Spain” –this expresion, coined by Helio Carpintero in a very important book, perfectly defines our author– and will light our path to find a solution to Catalonia circumstances.
We will propose to see all this situation like a regional problem that has not a national dimension, which is the position held by the Catalan independence ideology. As a result, we will advocate for an objective consideration of Catalonia that lead us to consider it as a region of Spain and integral part of its substance. The real and possible Spain cannot be understood without Catalonia, which is necessary to complete its story and to look into the future.

It´s «Our Lady teached by Saint Anne», and Genaro painted it in 1728 in Naples (Italy). It has particular historical development and a singular style (the fourth Sarnielli´s picture discovered). Fray Miguel Vicente Abad Zapater bringed it from Naples and donated to the parish. Here we will study all about its artistical history, composition and originality.
En el 2013 se descubre en la Ex-Colegiata de Santa María de Mora de Rubielos (Teruel, España) un cuadro de singular belleza. Se trata de la educación de la Virgen, firmado en el reverso por el pintor napolitano Genaro Sarnelli en 1728. Su historia y sus características estilísticas hacen muy especial a esta obra ya que es la cuarta obra atribuida a este pintor; que fue donada a la Ex-Colegiata por fray Miguel Vicente Abad Zapater que la trajo desde Nápoles. En el presente artículo recogeremos las hipótesis sobre la procedencia y avatares de la presente obra, así como las influencias artísticas y composición

In this article I intend to approach the analysis of forms present in comic-popular religious tra... more In this article I intend to approach the analysis of forms present in comic-popular religious tradition preserved in uplands of the province of Teruel signified a special way in the missing party “dancers” of Mora de Rubielos, commemorating the apparition of St. Michael the Archangel. This festival brings together important elements of the popular folklore of Greco-Roman origin and is maintained in a Christianized context. In particular, I will focus on the forms of the comic-popular as an aesthetic category in the history of the Ex-Collegiate Church of St Mary of Mora de Rubielos within which it took care of the cult of St. Michael the Archangel and the celebration of the “party of “the dancers”, which has remained until the middle of last century. I will focus on the figure of the “funny” which like the “falóforos” in Greek times were responsible for introducing the comic relief in the religious celebration.

This paper presents the proposal of ethics of sporting competition sporting prepared by the Ameri... more This paper presents the proposal of ethics of sporting competition sporting prepared by the American philosopher Robert Louis Simon. First I introduce Simon's critique of reductionism moral in sport, especially the Marxist. Second I expose the main features of his ethic position, concluding with the need to go a step further arguing for a philosophical foundation, linking the procedimental principle and responsibility. In short, I defend an ethics of sport that should take into account both the knowledge of ends and the means and understand life, everyone's life, as the inherent value of the practice of sport.
