Ferrobobfergusonite (original) (raw)
A valid IMA mineral species
Formula:
Na2Fe2+5Fe3+Al(PO4)6
Crystal System:
Monoclinic
The ferrous iron analogue of bobfergusonite.
The cations located at the M sites are strongly ordered, over the six available sites; _M_1, _M_2, _M_3, and _M_4 are mainly dominantly by Fe2+, while _M_5 and _M_6 by Fe3+ and Al, respectively.
