El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las estrategias de marketing, participación relativa del mercado, la evaluación de los factores internos y externos, y el establecimiento de la viabilidad con el fin de incrementar el número de visitantes en el proyecto turístico “El Pedregal”, debido a que su principal atractivo son los petroglifos, para que este se alinee con el objetivo número siete del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2013-2017, “Garantizar los derechos de la naturaleza y promover la sostenibilidad ambiental, territorial y global”. En el documento se hace una breve introducción y se describe la importancia del recinto San Gabriel del Baba que es conocida por ser un sector agrícola y ganadero, además de sus hermosos balnearios de agua dulce y variada gastronomía, en donde se encuentra ubicado el Proyecto Turístico “El Pedregal”. Dicho estudio permitió el diseño de un
plan de marketing en el que se desarrolló un proceso de investigación con enfoque cuantitativo y cualitativo. Los resultados alcanzados demuestran que mediante la elaboración de las matrices de evaluación y el análisis de los indicadores financieros como el VAN y TIR, se generó confianza y credibilidad para la inversión.

El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las estrategias de participación relativa del mercado y evaluar los factores internos y externos para que el Proyecto Turístico " El Pedregal " cumpla con el objetivo número siete del Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2013-2017, " Garantizar los derechos de la naturaleza y promover la sostenibilidad ambiental, territorial y global ". Using data collected at the Pierre Auger Observatory during the past 3.7 years, we demonstrated a correlation between the arrival directions of cosmic rays with energy above ~ 6x10^{19} electron volts and the positions of active galactic nuclei (AGN) lying within ~ 75 megaparsecs. We rejected the hypothesis of an isotropic distribution of these cosmic rays with at least a 99% confidence level from a prescribed a priori test. The correlation we observed is compatible with the hypothesis that the highest energy particles originate from nearby extragalactic sources whose flux has not been substantially reduced by interaction with the cosmic background radiation. AGN or objects having a similar spatial distribution are possible sources.
