The Minangnese are an ethnic group in Indonesia that reside in West Sumatra. It has characterized by an emphasis on harmony in all aspects of life. Despite this emphasis, the Minangnese recognize that conflict is a natural occurrence. The study aimed to investigate the effect of religiosity and interpersonal attachment on forgiveness through agreeableness and neuroticism in the Minangnese ethnicity. Minangnese ethnic participants were selected by considering the following criteria, namely citizens of and living in West Sumatra Province, claimed to be Minangnese people, Muslim, and living in West Sumatra Province for the last 10 years. Using a stratified cluster random sampling method, 205 Minangnese individuals were recruited and administered five questionnaires to assess forgiveness, agreeableness, neuroticism, religiosity, and interpersonal attachment. This study aims to determine the validity and reliability of the self resilience instrument for orphans in secondary school students in South Tambun District. This instrument was adapted from the theory of resilience by Clarke & Nicholson (2010). The self resilience instrument for orphans consists of 56 items that cover aspects of resilience including optimism, freedom from stress and anxiety, individual accountability, openness and flexibility, and problem orientation. The subjects of the study were orphans totaling 62 people spread across 5 secondary schools in South Tambun sub-district. The Rasch model test results can be seen from the dimensionality analysis, item measure, item fit order, rating scale diagnostic, and summary. This adaptation instrument is said to be reliable by analyzing the person reliability value of .72 and item reliability of .95. The results of data analysis show that there are several items that need improvement and a decrease in the level of difficulty. This research is useful for enriching references and providing information about self resilience in orphans.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group investigation by sigil and learning motivation toward biology learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative research with an experimental method. The population of this study was all X grade students of IPA of SMA Negeri 61 Jakarta with a total of 140 students, the study sample was determined by a cluster sampling technique of 2 classes with a total sample of 70 students. The learning strategy in the experimental class used the group investigation by sigil with group discussion method while the control class used the lecture method. The research hypothesis test used two-way analysis of variance with a 2x2 factorial design and a significant level of 5%. The analysis prerequisite test that is carried out is the normality test using Kolmogorov Smirnov and homogeneity test using Barlett test. This research aimed at knowing the influence of students’ extrinsic learning motivation toward their learning achievement on Business Economics subject at Vocational High School of Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. Token economies are commonly used in educational and clinical settings as tools for reinforcing appropriate behavior. However, little applied research has been conducted to investigate the behavioral mechanisms involved. What’s more, research with non-human animals suggests that tokens may serve discriminative functions which may actually suppress responding under high schedule requirements. This study explores the relationship between schedules of token production (i.e., dense, lean, and yoked reinforcement) and response patterns in three children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Relative to yoked reinforcement schedules, token production corresponded with higher response rates and shorter pre-ratio pauses (PRPs) under low schedule requirements. Under high schedule requirements, all three participants demonstrated higher response rates and shorter PRPs in the yoked reinforcement condition relative to either token production condition. The resolve of this research was to determine the efficiency of the blended learning method in increasing learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method uses an explanatory survey method with 200 students as respondents. The outcomes of the study show that the application of blended learning methods increases learning motivation, this is because there is the use of the technology side. Self-directed Learning Readiness is the capability of learners to take initiative for their own learning and assume full responsibility for planning, implementing and evaluation of such learning efforts. Though this has been a research area of interest for several decades its importance is increasingly felt today. Thanks to the pandemic and the growing need for lifelong learners, online education has become a norm not only in educational institutions but also in organizations. In online education the accountability for learning and its effectiveness rests largely on the individuals and it requires the learners to be self-directed in order for effective transfer of knowledge to happen. Grounded on this premise, the present study has attempted to understand the factors that influence Self-directed learning readiness among students. Data collected from 204 Female Management Students revealed that Achievement Motivation and Learning Goal Orientation of the students predicted their Self-directed learning readiness. The results also showed that learning goal orientation partially mediates the relationship between Achievement Motivation and Self-directed learning Readiness.

The Teaching Group no. 44 of the University of Cordoba has extensive experience in incorporating innovative tools in teaching different subjects related to the area of Animal Production. This work describes the implementation of a new tool: gamification applied to animal rationing exercises. The objective of this new tool is to improve the motivation and learning of the students of the subject "Engineering and Technology for Animal Production". A serious game has been developed, in the form of an Android app, inspired by Bandai's Tamagotchi®, a very popular game in the 2000s that was based on caring for and feeding a virtual pet to keep it alive and get different bonuses. In this case, the game is about the calculation of adequate rations to keep a dairy cow alive, take care of its health and maximize milk production while minimizing the cost of feeding. Current game functioning and the planned steps to improve the its characteristics of serious game are described.

Aims: Implementing efficient teaching and learning strategies is vital in the ever-evolving field of education. In today's rapidly changing educational scene, blended learning emerges as a potential solution to fulfil the diverse demands of students. The main objective of this study was to examine the effective utilization of blended learning models to enhance academic outcomes. Study design: The study used a descriptive-developmental research design. Place and Duration of Study: The study's respondents are one hundred (100) Grade 7 students of Janopol Oriental NHS during the school year 2023-2024. Methodology: The study used a survey questionnaire. The researcher focused on the students' perceptions of the blended learning components, blended learning models, and student engagement. Results: According to the findings, using the blended learning model focusing on the rotation model is effective in science academic performance. It is approved by rejecting the null hypothesis about the significant differences between the pretest and post-test. Furthermore, there is no significant relationship between the blended learning components and science learning outcomes. Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between the science learning outcomes and the blended learning models implemented at JONHS. The school administration may consider improving the curriculum by implementing blended learning models as part of learning in the science curriculum. Further studies on the different blended learning models in teaching science were also recommended. Aside from additional studies, crafting of an intervention program may be utilized for different blended learning models. Broadening the scope of research on the influence of blended learning in other subjects or increasing the sample size can all be considered.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh anak-anak dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Kurikulum Merdeka, yang diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan fleksibilitas dan otonomi lebih kepada sekolah dalam merancang proses pembelajaran, menghadirkan tantangan tersendiri bagi siswa. Melalui penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan cara literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan utama yang dihadapi anak-anak meliputi kurangnya pemahaman terhadap materi yang lebih kompleks, keterbatasan fasilitas pendukung di rumah, serta perbedaan kemampuan adaptasi antara siswa. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa dukungan dan keterlibatan orang tua serta kualitas pendampingan guru sangat berpengaruh dalam membantu siswa mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan guru, penyediaan fasilitas belajar yang memadai, dan program pendampingan khusus untuk membantu siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan Kurikulum Merdeka.

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi berbagai aspek motivasi belajar, termasuk definisi dan jenis-jenisnya seperti motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, serta dampaknya yang luas terhadap prestasi akademik, pengembangan karakter, keterampilan sosial, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif siswa. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar juga dibahas, termasuk tantangan yang dihadapi dan strategi untuk mengatasi penghalang tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus pada penelitian kepustakaan, yang mengumpulkan data dari buku, artikel ilmiah, dan referensi relevan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis temuan.
