The development of information technology and internet is influencing all industry sectors including hotel industry. To support the sustainability of business, the hotel has implemented information technology such as: online booking system, Wi-fi in the public area, and information system for internal hotel needs. This Information technology is run in the IT infrastructure and connected with local network and internet. To support this technology, the hotel has been doing the procurement of IT devices such as: Server, network devices (switches, routers, etc.) and IT security devices (firewall, antivirus). There is currently no evaluation of how effective and efficient the use of server devices, network devices and security devices IT. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the information technology implementation at Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta. This evaluation uses the COBIT 4.1 framework. By evaluating the information technology infrastructure at Le Meridien Hotel Jakarta, it is expected to provide input on the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of devices that currently used in the hotel.

Mobile commerce in Malaysia is still in initiative stage, although there have been few assay to investigate the challenges and its opportunities. This research tries to explore the mobile commerce usage in Malaysia from the technology acceptance model perspective and to determine the factors that affect this technology among Malaysian users. A review of literature has been accomplished mostly in mobile commerce sphere. Then from TAM perspective we can estimate the strength and weakness of this adoption among researchers, developers and end-users which are the targeted group of this research.

The Service industry has emerged to be the backbone of social and economic development in a country. In relation to the product sector, service has a vital role contributing significantly to the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of the economy. One of the significant players in the service industry is the banking and financial services sector. Post liberalization, banking has undergone several reforms and today banks have become more competitive with the sophisticated nature of the services it offers. The arrival of the technology-based services is one reason. One among those services is Online banking where the customer has the privilege to perform his financial transactions and banking needs online via the internet. The customer seeks to enjoy the service as he can carry out the activities just by the click of a mouse. Invariably it becomes a prudent task for the banks to frame tactics for marketing such techenabled services. Thus it is necessary for the banks to know those attitudinal factors that lead to adoption of online banking by customers. Several behavioral models have been devised to study adoption, the most widely accepted being Technology Acceptance Model (RAM) devised by Davis et al (1989). This study attempts to determine the various factors of adoption by youngsters using the TAM constructs namely perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.

Presently cities are undergoing changes and transformations due to the adoption of information and communications technology. Enterprise Architecture (EA) is one of the approaches adopted by practitioners and researchers to facilitate smart city development as it can enhance the effectiveness of cities' digital resources and sustainability capabilities. But, despite several literature on EA, studies on the adoption of EA to improve the sustainability of cities are still at the early stage. Besides, there are fewer studies that provided evidence on the adoption of EA to make cities sustainable grounded on established theoretical models and quantitative data. Therefore, this study aims to provide an understanding on the adoption of EA by different practitioners involved in a smart city project. Knowledge transfer and support services are integrated as new external variables needed to improve practitioners' behavior intention and actual adoption of EA in making cities smarter. A model is developed grounded on an extension of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and data were collected via a crosscountry survey. Partial least squares-structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data. Findings from this study offer implications for research and practice and provide opportunities for future research.

With divergent educational processes brought forth through the unforeseen circumstances such as a global pandemic, students have become obligated to pursue virtual means towards obtaining their
education. Therefore, this study seeks to review the different formats of virtual learning processes and methodologies that are currently made available to students based on student and user perception and
technology adoption efforts. Through comparative analysis efforts identifying synchronous, hybrid and asynchronous virtual educational standards across multiple publications and understanding technology
acceptance models (TAM) and theories such as perceived usefulness, it is understood that virtual learning efforts which pursue an asynchronous methodology are more comparable in contrast other formats
