This paper presents and emphasizes the need for an online employment posting platform for colleges and the efficacy of such a system in connecting students with job possibilities. Historically, Human Resource management has utilized employment websites for candidate sourcing and placement. The current project is an employment website developed for one of the most prestigious engineering schools, which is a variant of such job boards tailored to service the students of the institution. With functions such as job suggestions provided offering learners recommendations based on their skills and candidate filtering to aid employers in application matchmaking, the platform is anticipated to be useful for both students investigating job opportunities and employers locating candidates who are appropriate to the position.

In today's world, the whole profession is a downto-earth race. The same goes for online portals. From food ordering to recruiting, today's tech-savvy teens use the internet for everything. Indeed, today the elect people rely more on the internet than on any other source, such as a newspaper or network. The job search online starts with signing up for a job portfolio, which is done by everyone looking for a job. Then there is the turnaround, in which some selected ones receive faster responses and assignments, while others are reduced to a single record on a portal website. This is because most job seekers ignore the importance of understanding job portfolios and their features, which can help them simplify and speed up their job search. We are trying to close the gap between the Job Seeker and the Employer in this job. This is achieved by considering the information provided by both the Job Seeker and the Employer, as well as the use of various filters to minimize the effects.

They are the cheapest and fastest means of communication, reaching a vast range of people with only a single click, regardless of their geographical location.

Analysis of e-Recruitment System Design

The process of applying for a job is a first step for unemployment to get a job who matches the criteria. An e-recruitment system such as LinkedIn, Reed, and Indeed is a tool for prospective workers looking for jobs. On this site, workers must register the email address, name, type of bachelor and salary desired. After that, system will send company's link that is offers vacancies to the email of candidates, so the jobsekeer can directly register to the system. However, the system is ineffective because the prospective worker must register itself on the website where the e-recruitment site only provides such services. In contrast to prospective workers and e-recruitment systems, recruiters (firms) also have bigger problems. To open the selection of new recruiting candidates, the company has to spend a lot of energy, time and money. From that point, this paper is designed to create heading posts for users (prospective workers) and companies to be on the same system. It will help users in finding work and help companies in finding workers who are competent in their field.

Development of Integrated Portal (IP) as an E-Tool for the Enhancement of Job Marketability

This paper analyses the need to develop an Integrated Portal (IP) to facilitate jobmarketability and lists its components.The IP will be in form of a website which allows known stakeholders to make use of it. The stakeholders are identified in this paper and the features of the Integrated Portal are also briefly explained. It also goes further to explain the benefits and some basic requirements needed for the IP. The eportfolio is used as the main system while other small systems are linked to it.

Online Job Portal-A Better Way for Finding Jobs in the COVID-19 Pandemic

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic unemployment broke all the previous records. Due to the pandemic students cannot go to colleges and have no option of campus placements. The only option available for them is to find a job through online job portals. In this paper we present the online recruitment framework that enables different companies to post their job vacancies, which jobseekers can consider while searching for jobs. This portal can also capture job requirements dependent on employers' needs. A survey was conducted to identify the problems and requirements of the users with the current job portals and the findings of the survey are incorporated in this portal. The main aim of this job portal is to connect the employers and jobseekers as an e-recruitment to help jobseekers find the right jobs.
