Uno de los retos de la sociedad actual es asegurar la sostenibilidad ambiental de los sistemas de producción alimentarios, garantizando a sus individuos el acceso pleno a los alimentos. Sin embargo, aun el proceso de formación del Ingeniero Agrónomo no responde totalmente a este importante reto. El objetivo del presente estudio fue la elaboración de una estrategia didáctica para perfeccionar el proceso de formación ambiental de los estudiantes de la carrera de Ingeniería Agrónoma, sustentada en un enfoque agroecológico. Se utilizó el método sistémico-estructural-funcional para garantizar sus cualidades sistémicas, talleres de socialización para su mejora, una encuesta a especialistas para su evaluación y la observación participante para discernir las transformaciones cualitativas experimentadas. El resultado fue la obtención de una estrategia didáctica, que fue empleada en Centros Universitarios Municipales de la Universidad de Oriente, Cuba. Se concluyó que su aplicación incrementa la apropiación de conocimientos, habilidades y valores agroecológicos en los estudiantes de la carrera de Ingeniería Agrónoma, evidenciando la formación de una competencia agroecológica transformadora.
One of the challenges of the present-day society is to insure the environmental sustainability of the systems of alimentary production, ensuring the complete access to their individuals to the foods. However, the process of formation of the Agricultural Engineer does not answer totally to this important challenge. The objective of the present research was to elaborate a didactic strategy to improve the process of environmental formation of the students of Agricultural Engineering's career, held in an agroecological focus. In such sense, the systemic-structural-functional method to guarantee his systemic attributes, workshops of socialization for his improvement, an opinion poll to specialists for his evaluation was used and the participating observation to distinguish the qualitative experienced transformations. The result was the obtaining of a didactic strategy that was used in University Municipal Centers of the Universidad de Oriente, Cuba. It was concluded that its application increments the appropriation of knowledge, abilities and agroecological values in the students of Agricultural Engineering's career, evidencing the formation of a transformer agroecological competence.

The aim of catechesis is not simply to give information to interlocutors about the Catholic faith. Catechesis seeks to do much more than this, with its ultimate aim being that of putting the human being in communion with Christ. This is achieved through the six tasks of catechesis which need to be deeply embedded in human experiences. The six tasks through which catechesis seeks to achieve its endeavours include: knowledge of the faith, liturgical education, moral formation, formation in prayer and methods of prayer, education for community life and missionary initiation.

Reforms taking place in the educational process of higher professional school impose new requirements on the quality of training students. Today, graduates of higher educational institutions are required to have new professional thinking, high mobility, competence, tolerance and focus on intra-group activities carried out in teams. With the team form of the organisation of training, an environment is created that allows students to master not only the skills and abilities of business interaction and cooperation, but also to form their ability to think critically, which includes the ability to think creatively, use new information and apply the knowledge in practice. Theoretical justification jointly with quantitative and qualitative data obtained as a result of the experimental work carried out by the authors confirms the efficiency of team learning, which contributes to developing critical thinking skills in higher education students.

This article seeks to show how the ongoing formation of catechists can be more adapted to the contemporary needs of catechists. Today, we can no longer speak of a homogeneous society which encounters the same difficulties and problems. On the other hand, our society is characterised by fluidity and constant change. The laboratory as a method for the ongoing formation of catechists seeks to actively meet this demand. The laboratory as a method for the formation of catechists is undergirded by characteristics and advantages over and above the other traditional methods of catechist formation which clearly make it the preferred method for the ongoing formation of catechists today. These characteristics and advantages are explored in the text. The formation of catechists is one of the important tasks of any local Church. Local Churches have always taken the formation of catechists seriously since in our contemporary world, the relevance and the impact of a person largely depends on the formation s/he has received. A person who has not received a formation which is not flexible enough so as to cater for unprecedented situations will find it difficult to cope and survive in all the different situations one may meet. On the other hand, a good formation helps the person to be flexible and to deal with new situations in creative ways. This applies in a special way to catechists. — Maize breeding has made a greater contribution to the increases of maize yield. Maize foundation inbred lines play an irreplaceable role in maize breeding. The formation of foundation lines were the results of many factors, the key factors of which were accord with breeding trends, adapt to environment in much of region, and have appropriate representativeness for particular heterotic group. Foundation lines possess well structure of source and better yield stability, this contribute to their combinations with coordinated source-sink relationship and adapt to close planting. Foundation lines resist major stress factor and adapt to the cropping systems and cultural practices of main maize producing areas. And foundation lines concentrate numerous unique alleles of particular heterotic group, so they are easy to generate heterotic with lines from other heterotic group. For new foundation lines breeding, the existing foundation lines are preferred basic germplasm and cross breeding unites with pedigree selection is effective breeding method. Moreover, we give a integrate breeding method base on rapid advances in plant-breeding technology.

L'auteur repère tout d'abord les chemins tantôt séparés, tant réunis, des architectes et des socio‐anthropologues, qui, depuis le début du XXe siècle, en s'intéressant à la diversité des milieux humains et non plus seulement à la dimension universelle de l'homme, ont ouvert la voie à une architecture plus attentive aux cultures et à ses empreintes sur l'habiter. Un moment crucial de ce débat se situe, en architecture, dans les années 1970 lorsque l'architecture moderne est interpelée dans ses propres rangs par une opposition faisant explicitement référence aux apports de l'anthropologie. A la lumière des expériences de formation et des essais d'application dans le projet des apports de la socio‐anthropologie, l'auteur montre que, bien plus qu'une instrumentalisation de la socio‐anthropologie, c'est une large et forte ouverture à ses interprétations des lieux habités dont a besoin l'architecture pour penser ses propres artefacts.

Through the construction of the sociological object "engineer", this work aims to shed light on the way in which the political, economic and social stakes were recomposed in the context of the economic liberalisation of the Maghreb in the years 1990-2000. Taking as a starting point the birth of the modern corps of engineers during the colonial period, the aim was to analyse how, after the independence of the Maghreb states, engineers moved from the status of large public sector clerks in the service of building a national development project driven by the state to that of middle or senior managers presenting themselves on an increasingly open labour market. This process, part of a dual training system, was itself linked to the massification of higher education and the economic and social transformations generated by the implementation, from the mid-1980s onwards, of the IMF's structural adjustment plans, which were synonymous with the gradual expansion of the private sector and opening up to the world economy.

una ruta descriptiva de análisis que
permitiera poner en consideración el concepto
de “Pautas de Crianza” y su contenido, puesto
que para hablar de prácticas de crianza
alternas, es decir, de los grupos indígenas y
afro, es preciso aclarar que en aras del
eurocentrismo se han privilegiado los saberes
de la ciencia occidental moderna y se han
excluido los saberes creados y reproducidos
en el interior de los grupos étnicos
mencionados, olvidando que también forman
parte del dogma de los saberes válidos. Por lo
tanto, para comprender la riqueza de otras
formas de conocimiento y/o hacer una
decolonialidad del saber, es necesario conocer
y respetar las cosmovisiones de las voces
acalladas, ya que sus discursos han sido
subalternizados y/o mediatizados por otros
sin permitirles darlos a conocer desde su
propia voz, desde sus lugares epistémicos,
éticos y políticos. Entonces, la idea es
complementar la episteme occidental con
otras epistemes.
