Bu çalışmada erken seçim süreci iddiaları, erken seçimin ilan edilmesi, cumhurbaşkanı aday adayları ve kesinleşen adaylar, seçime giren siyasal partiler ve kurdukları ittifaklar ve son olarak seçimin sonucu, Cumhurbaşkanı adaylarının SWOT analizi üzerinden incelenerek, süreç boyunca cumhurbaşkanı adaylarının belirli tarihlere konjonktüre göre tahmini oy potansiyelleri çalışma içerisine eklenmiş, seçimin sonucu ile karşılaştırılarak aradaki fark ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

Social policies should be implemented as a welfare state requires the improvement of conditions of disadvantaged groups in society. The election manifesto of the state consists of information where they want to do if they came to power, the promises of political parties who aspire to manage a specific period of time.
In this study, general election of Turkey on 7 July in 2005, Justice and Development Party (AKP) entered as the ruling party, and as the main opposition Republican People's Party (CHP)'s election promises on social policies has been evaluated in a comparative way.
It is understood that election manifesto in the context of social policies is given more the poor, young people, women and unemployment ıssues.
For the survival of the state, declaration of election must be established to cover the long- term plans rather than understanding "Save the day". In particular election promises con- cerning social assistance should not be created to select only affect the preferences of voters, assistance also should not provide opportunities for conveyor laziness. In this case, it should not be forgotten that it would have a destructive effect on the work of peace. In addition, some statistical data used to convince voters was differentially expressed by main opposition party and the ruling party.

The year 2021 started with the echo of the German elections. In the general elections that will take place on September 26, 2021 in Germany, Angela Merkel did not stand as a candidate this time. In this analysis, Merkel, who has been sitting in the Chancellor’s seat since November 22, 2005, possible successors of Merkel and Merkel's Turkey-Germany relations stance during her period will be discussed.

General Elections in Manisa Which is Established One Party Management (1923-1931)
Established in 1920, the First Grand National Assembly was renewed by election after the Turkish War of Independence. Groundwork for the election was put into place upon the renewal decision in April 1923. This election marks the beginning of the single-party period. Individuals with extensive local influence played a significant role in determining the candidates for the 1923 deputy election in Manisa. Spanning over three months on a national level, elections in Manisa was completed in only five weeks. Manisa sent nine deputies to the Assembly with this election. 1927 deputy election was held only with the CHF candidates, and it was more of an acknowledgment than an election. The “secondary voter” election was concluded on August 10, 1927, and the deputy elections on September 8. Unlike the National election, Manisa started and concluded its deputy election on September 2. Once again, nine deputies were elected in Manisa. The general election of 1931 was held seven months early. CHF reserved 30 seats for independent candidates in 22 out of 63 constituencies. Eight candidates from CHF were running in Manisa, which had a total of nine seats, and one spot was reserved for an independent candidate. The “secondary voter” elections in Manisa were held between April 4 and 13. Deputy election was held on April 24, same as the rest of the country. Eventually, secondary voters elected eight CHF candidates, and İsmet Pasha for the independent seat.

Bir argüman ister hukuk, ister felsefe isterse de politik sahada olsun belirli unsurların bir araya getirilmesiyle oluşur. Bu minvalde, asgari düzeyde her bir argüman, bir iddia ve o iddianın temellendirildiği gerekçe veya neden belirten ifadelerden meydana gelir. Ortaya atılan iddianın bir zemine/temele oturtulması ise çok farklı yollarla (bilimsel olgular, varsayımlar, değerler vb.) mümkündür. Fakat bunlardan bir tanesi, bu araştırmanın da konusu olan ortak kanaat, ya da antik ismiyle endoksadır. Bu araştırmadaysa, siyasal ikna için geliştirilmiş argümanların temellendirilmesi amacıyla ortak kanaatleri (toplum içinde genel kabul görmüş fikirler) kullanan argümanlar analiz edilmiştir. Argüman analizinde temel alınan model Alec Fisher’in genel argümantasyon çözümleme yöntemi olmuştur. Analiz için AK Parti ve MHP’nin Cumhur İttifakı kapsamında yaptığı miting konuşmaları kaynak alınmıştır. Konuşmalarından toplam yedi adet ortak kanaate dayalı argüman belirlenmiş ve analiz edilmiştir.
