Ein Triumphkreuz (lat. crux triumphalis), regional (österreichisch) auch Fronbogenkreuz genannt, ist ein monumentales Kruzifix, das zur Ausstattung mittelalterlicher Kirchen gehörte, wo es, oft von weiteren Figuren begleitet, in hoher Position vor dem Chor angebracht wurde. Der Begriff verweist auf den Triumph des auferstandenen Christus (Christus triumphans) über den Tod.
