As interest in human logical translating, since visiting neighbor countries has increased in the world and inability of people to memorize huge number of foreign words. We have developed a logical way for translation Azerbaijani, Turkmen, Uzbek, Qashqai, Turkmen Crimean Tatar and neighbor languages of Turkish to Turkish. In this way people instead of memorizing huge number of words, just by memorizing a few rules, they can transfer their own language words to other languages. Many known languages have the same roots and do originate form a few base languages. Because of this, the languages that have originated from the same root(s) may be translated to each other without using a dictionary, such as, translating neighbours’ languages. Neighbours’ languages words to Turkish words. Detection of the suffix of the word in neighbours’ languages to separate main words and its suffixes, is the first step. Then we applied morphological issues as well .In the same manner, both of the language...

The present work represents an overview for organic materials and their nano-structuration using carbon nano-tubes. Particular attention is allowed to the polyaniline polymer and single walled carbon nanotubes which are the subject of our theoretical and experimental investigation after their functionalization. In the other hand, we give a detailed report concerning the previously used synthesis methods, incorporating polymers and carbon nanotubes. In fact, the functionalization process needs some technical treatments including purification, nanotubes dispersion and alignment on the organic matrix. Therefore, we give a detailed description of physical and chemical methods used to achieve the functionalization process. Moreover, the aptitude of organic nano-composites for the use as active layers in electronic devices, especially in electroluminescence and photovoltaic conversion is also discussed and evaluated by comparison to those of inorganic conventional semiconductors. The second section of this present work represents a correlation of experimental and theoretical results obtained in our laboratory on the Polyaniline/ single walled carbon nanotube as a prototype of organic nano-composite. The study is focused on the evaluation of the properties of the charge transfer between both components. In this context, Polyanilineemeraldine base (PANIEB) is doped with sulfonic acid in Dimethyl formamide (DMF) solvent and mechanically functionalized with single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs). A systematic vibrational and optical study is achieved as a function of SWCNTs weight concentration. Also, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis and optical absorption (OA) measurements were achieved. Our aim is to evaluate the functionnalization process between both components and to elucidate the corresponding changes on the optical properties. In this context and to support the charge transfer from doped polyaniline to carbon nanotubes, analogous theoretical study based on Density Functional Theory (DFT) is carried out. This study is based on the optical and vibrational

Power system stability issues are generally classified into two parts, steady-state and transient. Steady-state stability is related to the ability of the power system to keep synchronism after low disturbances like gradual load change. Transient stability deals with the effects of large and sudden disturbances like fault occurrence, line outage, and sudden
change in loads. The Thyristor-Controlled Series Capacitor (TCSC) is a type of series FACTS Devices that has various applications. In this paper, the impact of TCSC on power system stability under load disturbances is investigated. For the case studies, the IEEE 14-bus test system is chosen, and a TCSC is installed in the system. According to simulation results, the TCSC can improve the voltage profile and result in power system stability under load disturbances

The compelling demand for higher performance and lower power consumption in electronic systems is the main driving force of the electronics industry's quest for devices and/or architectures based on new materials. Here, we provide a review of electronic devices based on two-dimensional materials, outlining their potential as a technological option beyond scaled complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor switches. We focus on the performance limits and advantages of these materials and associated technologies, when exploited for both digital and analog applications, focusing on the main figures of merit needed to meet industry requirements. We also discuss the use of two-dimensional materials as an enabling factor for flexible electronics and provide our perspectives on future developments.

The paper addresses the use of evolutionary algorithms in the design of electronic devices and circuits. In particular, the paper introduces the idea of evolutionary design of nanodevices, and illustrates it with the design of a resonant tunneling diode. A second experiment, this time using CMOS microdevices, illustrates the use of evolutionary algorithms for circuit design. The experiments were facilitated by an evolutionary design tool developed around a parallel implementation of genetic algorithms (using PGAPack), and ...

Communication is one of the most important aspects of nursing care. Individuals submitted to total laryngectomy experience complex and frustrating communication problems, and should be informed prior to surgery on these changes, so that alternatives to verbal communication can be identified and combined, to be used after the surgical procedure. At post-operative period, persons adopt gestures, writing, nodding and labial mimicry as alternative and/or augmentative communication strategies, which can be unsatisfactory and inconsistent. For optimize communication, other alternative and/or augmentative strategies of communication as well as consistent methods of communication should be explored. In this sense, the use of portable electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, laptops) that have software installed for communication, easily accessible and easy to use, can optimize the communication of the voiceless person, including people undergoing total laryngectomy, for facilitate their adaptation, enhance their sense of independence and promote better care. Portable electronic devices are an important tool to improve communication, which offer several advantages and benefits (increased awareness and social acceptance of the use of alternative and/or augmentative communication strategies, empowerment, user’s ease in accessing communication solutions and high functionality). The aim of this article is to identify interventions to optimize communication, using portable electronic devices and to describe their use in order to improve the quality of nursing care, promoters of effective communication in the person submitted to total laryngectomy in the perioperative period.

Electromyography (EMG) based human machine muscle interfaces hold great potential for interfacing the complexity of our body, with a multitude of electronic devices. However, the lack of compensationary methods for adapting systems from one user to another, prevents us achieving easy to use devices. This paper presents a method for enhancing EMG usability, which is based on biometrically identifying a user, so that previous training data can be automatically retrieved. This minimizes the need for small groups of people to repeatedly re-train a system over a short to medium time frame. Experiments were performed to test how EMG, circumference, as well as a combination of both, can be used as a biometric for identifying 4 users, in small group sizes of 4, 10 and 19. The results show average identification accuracies across all 11 gestures of 55.32%, 75.44% and 90.32%, for groups of 19,10 and 4 subjects respectively, while attaining the best single gesture identification accuracies of ...

Predicting or manipulating charge-transfer at semiconductor interfaces, from molecular electronics to energy conversion, relies on knowledge generated from a kinetic analysis of the electrode process, as provided by cyclic voltammetry. Scientists and engineers encountering non-ideal shapes and positions in voltammograms are inclined to reject these as flaws. Here we show that non-idealities of redox probes confined at silicon electrodes, namely full width at half maximum <90.6 mV and anti-thermodynamic inverted peak positions, can be reproduced and are not flawed data. These are the manifestation of electrostatic interactions between dynamic molecular charges and the semiconductor's space-charge barrier. We highlight the interplay between dynamic charges and semiconductor by developing a model to decouple effects on barrier from changes to activities of surface-bound molecules. These findings have immediate general implications for a correct kinetic analysis of charge-transfe...

With this in mind, text translation, is as easy as word Translation. In this paper we propose a new method for analysis and finding exact translation of a word by applying algorithmic rules. The use of this research is to present ten rules to toursits from neighbor countries of Turkey, when they are coming to visit Turkey, such that during visiting they can use their own mother tongue for comminucation, just they apply the easy rules to their own mother tongue words, to make Turkish word for comminucation. In future this idea can be used for other countries.
