É Livros Lendários (1.ª parte) nas páginas escritas por outros que conseguimos encontrar, muitas vezes, recantos que são casas únicas para a nossa alma des-losos e excêntricos das grandes séries e filmes de hoje, numa brincadeira em que tudo é novo, não tem desgaste, modos, maneiras de outros tempos, e parece ter sido tudo feito numa fábrica por serem cópias tão exactas umas das outras. Thanks to the interoperability provided by the IFC standard, BIM technologies and IFC model servers are
beginning to enable a design environment where the exchange of information among the actors can be
synchronous and continuous using a single and central data model. Although this new set of technologies enables
concurrent design, the problems associated with managing the flow of information itself in a concurrent design
environment requires explicit management of editing rights and version control at the level of individual objects,
rather than at the file level. However, while these are technical issues that have standard solutions, managing
designers’ involvement in the process also becomes more challenging, requiring the development of new
management methods suitable for the BIM collaborative environment. Common problems such as information
‘overflow’, incomplete modelling solutions or incorrectly matched technical solutions, and inventories of work
in progress due to inattentive designers, if not treated methodically in the BIM platform, can quickly cause
bottlenecks for the advancement of the process. The bottlenecks result in process waste (such as time spent
waiting, large inventories of design information, processing sequences that cause unnecessary iterations, long
cycle times and schedule overruns, etc.). Application of concepts that allow structuring and measuring of the
information flow can improve the process and reduce the waste of resources, but there is no specific

methodology for measuring information flow in a BIM environment. Taking a previous study, in which seven
key performance indicators were developed and validated for application with conventional technology, as a
starting point, this work has developed the methodology for using these indicators in a BIM project.

As successful tourism firms invest heavily in marketing to defend or improve their competitive position, they increasingly need to measure their marketing performance. Previous studies related to tourism have largely focused on financial and operational performance, but the marketing perspective has been largely overlooked. Drawing on an in-depth investigation involving 12 hotel chains, 8 travel agencies and 8 tour operators, this study provides an overview of the state-of-the-art marketing performance measurements among some of the leading tourism firms in Italy. Several issues and unanswered questions are also identified.

This paper first introduces the architecture of general 3G communication system in both parts; packet switched (PS) and circuit switched (CS) networks and then applies statistical analysis to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monitored from network entities in PS and CS network to guide the long term capacity planning and better coverage for the network by introducing a 3G network optimization cycle phases to analysis the problems from the KPIs and propose the suitable solution for these problems, our methodology is applied to a case study of a cellular communications service provider company report for UTRAN performance in a month. This UTRAN consist of two RNCs and 622 NodeBs. This report is proposed as an example of this case study and it's generated according to the proper UTRAN deployment company formulas; which is Huawei in this case.

Resumo O presente trabalho pretende contribuir para divulgação e entendimento entre organizações, profissionais e estudiosos da área de gerenciamento de projetos, na utilização de indicadores chaves de desempenho (KPI`s) e dashboard no controle e execução de projetos, em especial no âmbito de obras de engenharia. Para tal, foi utilizado como case de estudo os dados passados de um projeto realizado, já encerrado, pelas empresas COSATEL e Águas de Joinville. Os dados de avanço físico, financeiro e de prazo foram utilizados para o cálculo dos indicadores chaves de desempenho de custo e prazo. Por fim, os indicadores foram plotados de forma a facilitar a comunicação visual quanto ao andamento do projeto, de forma a propor um modelo de dashboard para a utilização conjunta destes indicadores. Os resultados obtidos permitiram observar que a análise dos diversos indicadores chaves, em conjunto, possibilita ao gerente de projeto perceber uma anomalia de forma mais precoce, do que quando analisados isoladamente.

This project was made for the company belonging to a Real State industry: “Sergio Jara López E.I.R.L.”, founded in 2015. For the effects of company's study, a business model is developed that allows known the company, how it works, and his value proposal. Besides knowing the Rummler and Brache map which allows to analyze internal and external scopes that involve it. It is then introduced to the analysis of the current situation of the company, which details the processes that are carried out in the various primary functions, relating the costs, impact and frequency of undesired events that occur in the Company. This allows to know the main problem and start searching for the management model to be implemented. We proceed to investigate bibliography of different construction companies who having similar problems used a management model as a solution. Thus justifying the proposal of the model to be implemented. Finally, the methodology is implemented with the conclusions and recommendations to the proposal.

Dashboard merupakan suatu alat yang dapat membantu pimpinan perguruan tinggi mengevaluasi kinerja organisasinya dengan menyajikan informasi Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dalam bentuk antar muka visual secara sekilas dalam satu layar, sehingga data dapat dianalisa dengan lebih efektif, efisien, dan komprehensif.Purwarupa dashboard dibangun melalui pendekatan user-centric dengan empat tahapan utama yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, perencanaan, perancangan prototype, dan review prototype. Berdasarkan aktifitas yang dilakukan, disimpulkan bahwa dashboard yang dibangun untuk perguruan tinggi X adalah strategic dan tacticaldashboard yang dapat menampilkan informasi KPI dalam grafik gauge, bar chart dan pie chart dengan kode warna yang interaktif. Hasil review pengguna terhadap dashboard yang dibangun dapat diketahui bahwa informasi yang disajikan dapat dipersepsikan dengan benar sehingga tujuan dari penyampaian informasi tersebut dapat tercapai. Selain itu, informasi yang disampaikan dapat dipahami dengan mudah dan cepat oleh pengguna.

Many software development organizations still lack support for detecting and reacting to critical project states in order to achieve planned goals. One means to institutionalize project control, systematic quality assurance , and management support on the basis of measurement and explicit models is the establishment of so-called Software Project Control Centers. However , there is only little experience reported in the literature with respect to setting up and applying such control centers in industrial environments. One possible reason is the lack of appropriate evaluation instruments (such as validated questionnaires and appropriate analysis procedures). Therefore, we developed an initial measurement instrument to systematically collect experience with respect to the deployment and use of control centers. Our main research goal was to develop and evaluate the measurement instrument. The instrument is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and customized to project controlling. This article illustrates the application and evaluation of this measurement instrument in the context of industrial case studies and provides lessons learned for further improvement. In addition, related work and conclusions for future work are given.
