The project report has been prepared based on available data, forecasts provided by experts and other project management tools. The real life situation can be little different depending on the circumstances. The project is considered as not for profit. The members working in the team will get fixed amount at the end of the project. Any inclusion or deduction is possible as we have enough buffer time. Risks has been estimated based on common issues faced by this type of project. CPM method has been used to estimate time and creating Gantt chart. Spreadsheet (EXCEL) analysis has been used to do CPM. A detailed network diagram has been drawn to describe every step clearly. A register form is included in the appendix section to monitor the project through its lifespan. Risk register should be updated at every meeting. Full effort has been given to complete each and every pros and cons, so that they are taken into account. However, the report isn’t full proof. There is always room for improvement.

1.1 BACKGROUND OF THE REPORT
As a student of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) everyone has to conduct a practical orientation in any organization for fulfilling the requirements of the 12 weeks Internship Program. The main purpose of the program is to expose the students to the real world situation .This report is done as a partial requirement of the internship program for the BBA students. This report is prepared for the internship program consisting of a major in depth study of the total banking business of Southeast Bank Ltd. Practical knowledge is fundamental for the application of theoretical intelligence. Bearing this in mind and internship program was being included in the BBA curriculum. The goal of this analysis is to expose the student in the organizational work situation and also to provide an opportunity for applying classroom learning in practice. There are some difference between theories and practice.

This is a design work explained by Harshada Talape and the team as a part of the final year project, with the guidance of Prof. Shyamsing Thakur, of D Y Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi.
The origin of the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and its potential harm to humankind increased the usage of face masks, gloves, and safety kits, thus escalating bio-hazardous medical waste in the environment. In this pandemic period, a Smart Mask vending machine and Mask disposable crushing compartment in public places are essential.
Our project work aims to design a vending machine that can dispense two types of masks N95 and surgical masks and simultaneously safely dispose of the used infectious masks, gloves, PPE kits etc.
Hence, the problem statement we focused on was, "The implementation of Smart, Composite Pro Mask Vending Machine with a Shredding unit, to avoid the clutter or scrap in the environment…"
The intelligence implemented in the vending machine can be achieved successfully.

Conditions for recognition of religion or belief (RoRB) continued to deteriorate around the world from June 2021 to June 2022. Authoritarian regimes bent on controlling religious activity maintained a foothold in Africa, Asia and parts of Central and South America. The liberties enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights are at serious threat by the Russian Federation's invasion of Ukraine. While in Afghanistan, the Taliban's reclamation of power after twenty years of being kept at bay likely signals a new generation of Afghan boys and girls who will not see their fundamental human rights upheld by the very institutions that are supposed to protect them. The Religious Recognition Project considers the topic of how countries register religious groups and activities is one of the foremost issues in the modern world when it comes to respecting and protecting freedom of religion or belief (FoRB). The majority of countries and territories (58% or 137 out of 235 studied) either continue to make government registration mandatory for religious groups or provide no registration procedures at all. An even greater majority of countries have established onerous registration procedures, the consequences of which, whether by intention or not, include the disenfranchisement of belief communities, the deregistration or denial of registered status for minority or "untraditional" religious groups, and the state's maintenance of control over the religious and philosophical lives of citizens. In essence, issues of registration remain a harbinger of worse violations of FoRB to come so if a focus is placed on dismantling these misused recognition and registration systems, it is possible that we could see a brighter future for FoRB conditions in countries worst effected by this issue.

– in case of the Polytechnic’s students – I set out to create a Hostel Allocation System using Visual Basic Programming Language (VB 6.0), which would enable the Polytechnic Administrator allocate Hostel Space to students, and for easy documentation of the available rooms, and the unavailable ones as well as modifying records of registered student. I demonstrate the use of Visual Basic in this application by designing the System Forms in Visual Studio 6.0 and the coding in Visual Basic Programming Language, and also using Microsoft Access Database to store the information in the Back-End.

Complexity theory, defined by the experts as the study of interconnections / interrelations of systems (1) and (2), is increasingly introduced in the field of Project Management in order to establish what and how affects projects and their delivery. A considerable part of system interconnections is through a written form of communication – reports, memorandum, emails etc., therefore this form of communication can be assumed to be the ‘carrier’ and/or the pathogen that introduces complexity. The authors of this paper advocate that the project reporting process is near the centre if not at the centre of causing the occurrence of complexity. They will review current literature on the subject of project reporting, identify the reasons and highlight the areas in the reporting process part of the ‘regulatory activities’ (3) that need to be considered in order to reduce / minimise complexity in the project environment and enable ease of decision-making in complex, as well as non-complex environment. Keywords: project reporting, complexity, communication, information management

This report will outline the processes involved in completing the Library at 50 exhibition project undertaken at the University of Glasgow Library in association with the University Archives and Special Collections. The project focuses on the 50th-anniversary of the current library building, the creation of the building, and the social and cultural life of students in the late-1960s. By preparing a selection objects and content for digital display as well as interpretive text and captions within the exhibition space, this report’s ultimate aim is to determine the effectiveness of displaying this information through digital displays. This report explains the steps taken to reach the final results, including extensive research into the history of the library building, the social and cultural events at the time of its construction, the development of a database of media for digital display, and finally, the delivery of the physical exhibition. It concludes by presenting the results of this project, a discussion of the effectiveness of the digital displays, and recommendations for future research into digital displays within the Library exhibition space. As a result, my contribution will aid in the research of the effectiveness of digital displays in an exhibition and their future within the University of Glasgow Library.

The effective management of water resources in Alberta is crucial to sustainable agriculture, industrial development, and environmental management. The historical water allocation mechanism, administrative apportionment, has been viewed in recent years as ineffective and cumbersome. Accordingly, the revision of the Water Act in 1996, included an attempt to improve the efficiency of water allocation. By making the transfer of water rights possible, the revised Act provides many new options for water use and flexibility. The implications of transferable water rights in Alberta water policy must be carefully considered in order to determine the viability and suitability of such a system in the provincial context. This project examines some of the economic aspects of transferable water rights and the potential for effective water allocation by way of transfers in an Alberta setting. As a major part of this project, a hedonic price model, focusing on land values in southern Alberta, was ...

Research continually shows that women face barriers and exclusions, however, the existing research seems to be mainly concentrated on organisations generally or corporations. This report analyses available research on women and SMEs in a period from 2000-2021. The analysis focuses on research published in women and gender journals. Thematic analysis has been conducted on 106 identified articles divided into two decades, 2000-2009 and 2010-2021. Findings show that barriers is the main theme that runs through existing research with women reporting societal, cultural and institutional barriers, as well as lack of confidence, a different approach to working and/or running businesses, masculinities and the lack of training and skills. The existing research is largely international and these themes run through the whole corpus of analysed research showing a global issue of women in SMEs, particularly women entrepreneurs.
